🔵Serum Electrolyte: রক্তে খনিজের পরিমাণ জানার জন্য এটা করা হয়।শরীর দূর্বল লাগলে,বেশীবমি, ডায়রিয়া এসব ক্ষেত্রে এ পরীক্ষা করা হয়।

IELT : intra ejaculatory vaginal latency time

It is defiend as the Time taken for men to ej*****te during s*x.

The average time is 2 to 6 minutes worldwide.

In a large study consisting of 5 countries and 600 men, the average time was found 5.4 minutes.

So, it's inappropriate to think that s*xual duration needs to be unnecessary prolonged.

I have seen couples who have the idea that this time is somewhere between 20 to 30 minutes or even more.

Both get this faulty idea from watching too much p**n or from a du***ss cool friend.

Some men can have a prolonged IELT, but that's not common and not necessary.

This creates massive anxiety and communication gap between partners who are newly having s*x.

If both partners are on the same page and communicate well, 5 minutes is enough for the women to achieve her or**sm.

Few indicated remedies for piles.

Acid Nitric :
Great straining, but little passes, Re**um feels torn. Bowels constipated, with fissures in re**um. Tearing pains during stools. Violent cutting pains after stools, lasting for hours (Ratanh). Hæmorrhages from bowels, profuse, bright. Prolapsus ani. Hæmorrhoids bleed easily. Diarrhœa, slimy and offensive. After stools, irritable and exhausted.

Thuja:
Constipation, with violent re**al pain, causing stool to recede (Sil; Sanic). Piles swollen; pain worse sitting, with stitching, burning pains at the a**s. A**s fissured.

Hamamelis:
A**s feels sore and raw. Hæmorrhoids, bleeding profusely, with soreness. Dysentery. Pulsation in re**um.

Paeonia :
Biting, itching in a**s; or***ce swollen. Burning in a**s after stool; then internal chilliness. Fistula ani, diarrhśa, with a**l burning and internal chilliness. Painful ulcer, oozing offensive moisture on perineum. Hćmorrhoids, fissures, ulceration of a**s and perineum, purple, covered with crusts. Atrocious pains with and after each stool.

Aesculus :
Dry, aching. Feels full of small sticks. A**s raw, sore. Much pain after stool, with prolapse. Hæmorrhoids, with sharp shooting pains up the back; blind and bleeding; worse during climacteric. Large, hard, dry stools. Mucous membrane seems swollen and obstructs the passage. Irritation caused by ascarides and aids their expulsion. Burning in a**s with chills up and down back.

Collinsonia :
Sensation of sharp sticks in re**um. Sense of constriction. Vascular engorgement of re**um. Dry f***s. Most obstinate constipation, with protruding hæmorrhoids. Aching in a**s and hypogastrium. Constipation during pregnancy. Painful bleeding piles.

Ratanhia :
Aches, as if full of broken glass. A**s aches and burns for hours after stool. Feels constricted. Dry heat at a**s, with sudden knife-like stitches. Stools must be forced with great effort; protrusion of hæmorrhoids. Fissures of a**s, with great constriction, burning like fire, as do the hæmorrhoids; temporarily relieved by cold water.

Calendula belongs to the same family as those other great Vulneraries Arnica and Bellis perennis. The special kind of wounds indicating its use are lacerated wounds and suppurating wounds. It is the homoeopathic antiseptic-it restores the vitality of an injured part, making it impregnable against the forces of putrefaction.
It is therefore suitable to all cases of injury where the skin is broken. Jahr, who was in Paris during the Coup d' Etat of 1849, treated a number of cases of gun-shot wounds with comminuted bones, and saved several limbs by means of Calendula. It prevented suppuration and pyaemia. In some cases of carbuncle it acts with great promptitude, subduing pain and fever.
While homeopathic Arnica montana, another natural first-aid kit must-have, is recommended for bruising, calendula is a top choice for open wounds. Calendula is useful when the skin is broken, burned, or lacerated. It helps to promote circulation and healthy skin growth, which may help to reduce scar formation.

The Toad. (Including the common variety, Bufo rana, and the Brazilian toad, Bufo Sahytiensis, proved by Mure.) N. O. Bufonidae, Batrachidae. Solution in rectified spirit of the poison expressed from the cutaneous glands.
The poison is excreted by glands in the skin of the back. L. Guthrie (H. W., xxviii. 484) tells a story of an Italian peasant, apparently dying of dropsy, whose wife, weary of the interminable length of his illness, thought to hasten his end by putting a toad into his wine. The result was the man was completely cured. "Quintessence of toads" figured largely in the therapy of Salmon's Doron Medicon (1583), where it is commended as a "Specifick in the Dropsy." Homoeopathic experiments have shown that this reputation is founded on fact. But the chief laurels of Bufo have been won in the treatment of epilepsy. Boja**s has cured many cases; and no medicine has served me better in the treatment of this disease. Few people who have witnessed a characteristic epileptic seizure can have failed to notice the curiously toad-like aspect assumed by the subject. The epileptic seizure and the status-epilepticus give the clearest correspondence to the Bufo range of action. Again, epilepsy is often found among the effects of self-abuse in the young, and Bufo provokes the tendency to the practice, and even causes impotence. The Indian women of Brazil are aware of this last property, and administer the venom to their husbands in food or drink when they wish to free themselves from their marital attentions. Bufo causes low grades of inflammatory action, fetid exhalations and discharges.

Trigonocephalus lachesis. The Surukuku Snake of South America.
The first trituration and first dilution in alcohol of the snake-poison Trigonocephalus lachesis was made by Hering on July 28, 1828. The first cases were published in the Archives in 1835. In 1837 this remedy was introduced into our materia medica.
To the genius and the heroism of Hering the world owes this remedy and many another of which this has been the forerunner. When Hering's first experiments were made he was botanising and zoologising on the Upper Amazon for the German Government. Except his wife, all those about him were natives, who told him so much about the dreaded Surukuku that he offered a good reward for a live specimen. At last one was brought in a bamboo box, and those who brought it immediately fled, and all his native servants with them. Hering stunned the snake with a blow on the head as the box opened, then, holding its head in a forked stick, he pressed its venom out of the poison bag upon sugar of milk. The effect of handling the virus and preparing the lower attenuations was to throw Hering into a fever with tossing delirium and mania-much to his wife's dismay. Towards morning he slept, and on waking his mind was clear. He drank a little water to moisten his throat, and the first question this indomitable prover asked was: "What did I do and say?" His wife remembered vividly enough. The symptoms were written down, and this was the first instalment of the proving of Lachesis. The natives crept back one by one next day, and were astonished to find Hering and his wife alive. The snake grows to seven feet and upwards in length, has fangs nearly an inch an inch long, a reddish brown skin marked along the back with blackish brown rhomboidal spots. Nearly all the provings of Lachesis were made with the 30th and higher attenuations.

ANTIM CRUD
Warts (Thuja; Sabina; Caust). Dry gangrene. Scaly, pustular eruption with burning and itching, worse at night.
MEDORRHINUM
Intense and incessant itching; worse night and when thinking of it. Fiery red rash about a**s in babies. Copper-colored spots. Favus. Tumors and abnormal growth.
CAUSTICUM
Warts large, jagged, bleeding easily, on tips of fingers and nose. Old burns that do not get well, and ill effects from burns. Pains of burns. Cicatrices freshen up; old injuries reopen.
THUJA
Polypi, tubercles, warts epithelioma, nævi, carbuncles; ulcers, especially in ano-genital region. Freckles and blotches. Perspiration sweetish, and strong. Dry skin, with brown spots.
NITRIC ACID
Warts, large jagged; bleed on washing. Ulcers bleed easily, sensitive; splinter-like pains; zigzag, irregular edges; base looks like raw flesh. Exuberant granulations. Black pores on face, papules worse on forehead.
