- History: Recent pneumonia 1 week ago (required hospital admission)-now improved, repeated RTI.
- Diagnosis: Large PDA (2.8 mm), Large ASD (11mm)
- Procedure: PDA device closure, Device size: 6/4 .

2. Raisa
- Age: 6 months | Gender: Female | Weight: 4 kg | Hb%: 9.8 g/dL.
- History: SOB, Repeated RTI since birth, Reluctant to feed, H/o pneumonia
- Diagnosis: Large PDA (5.2 mm), Small ASD (1.3mm) severe PAH. PDA is tubular 6 mm in diameter in aortogram
- Procedure: PDA device closure performed with balloon assisted technique. Aortic end of disc compressed with balloon to minimise risk of mechanical obstruction. Disc took flat shape after balloon inflation . No Coarctation noticed.

- Diagnosis: PA, VSD, PDA, MAPCA.
- Procedure: Perforation of PV not required for large PDA with reasonable PA,s in 15 years age

3. Ayman
- Age: 8 months | Gender: Female | Weight: 6.2kg | Hb%: 9.9 g/dL
- History: Repeated RTI, Feeding difficulties, H/O pneumonia, cough and cold for 3 days,H/O diarrhoea 15 days back
- Diagnosis: Large PDA (3.6 mm), AS-65 mmHg, AV annulus 10 mm
- Procedure: PDA device closure, BVP for AS. Device size: 8/6, and balloon size 12x3 TyshakII. Critical AS managed nicely.

- History: Repeated RTI, Respiratory distress, H/O hospitalization for 13 days back
- Diagnosis: PS- 82 mmHg, PV annulus 8 mm, VSD, PFO, HOCM

RFA approach failed to get good wire stabilization. Wire jumped out . Later RCCA approach used and balloon angioplasty done .
- Procedure: balloon angioplasty of RPA origin performed with PTCA and Tyshak mini balloon 4x2.

- Plan: BVP for PS postpone due to RV angiogram showing severe infundibular and mild valvular stenosis. Patient refd to surgeon for infundibular resection and valve repair.
