We’re Hiring: UX Designer- Health Software
MacroHealthPlus Software Ltd is looking for a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team at MHP. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-centered designs that improve the user experience of our health software products.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
•Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
•Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) that simplify complex medical or software-related tasks for users.
•Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet technical requirements.
•Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on designs and identify potential issues before development.
•Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
•Design user interfaces that comply with healthcare regulations and ensure accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with experience in designing software or applications
•Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
•Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing techniques.
•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
Preferred (Nice to Have):
•Experience designing for health tech products, Electronic Health Records (EHR).
•Knowledge of design systems and managing consistent design libraries.
•Experience in creating and maintaining user research databases and design documentation.

We’re Hiring: Laravel + ReactJS/NextJS Developer (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a passionate Laravel + ReactJS/NextJS Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about building scalable applications, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel (backend) and ReactJS/NextJS (frontend)
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and optimized interfaces with clean, maintainable code
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for smooth data communication
• Implement real-time features (WebSockets / Socket.io is a plus)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software
• Stay updated with industry best practices, security standards, and emerging technologies
Requirements
• 1–3 years of proven experience with Laravel and ReactJS/NextJS
• Strong understanding of API integration, authentication, and authorization
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL preferred)
• Experience with Git/version control and deployment workflows
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Good problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
• Experience with real-time applications / Socket.io will be considered an advantage
