I had completely ceased my powerlifting training for a duration of two years, as I felt the need for a break from all activities. During this period, my body weight increased from 60 kg to 75 kg. Subsequently, I decided to reduce my body weight and have now reached 50 kg, resulting in a loss of muscle mass as well. However, my rest period has concluded, and I am resuming powerlifting, starting anew from the beginning.
