This Victory Day, our preschoolers didn’t just learn about independence—they lived it through an immersive, sensory-rich celebration:

🌿 Outdoor cooking on traditional clay stoves, fueled by wood—filling the air with the scent of home.
🥒 Safely slicing cucumbers, and helping prepare the meal (hello, fine motor skills & independence!).
🍲 Watching science in action: colors changing, textures softening—all while the pot simmers.
🤲 Eating with hands—connecting food, culture, and community in the most authentic way.
💚❤️ Finishing with Bangladesh flag face painting—a joyful, creative expression of pride and belonging.

This was more than a meal. It was a multisensory story—of resilience, teamwork, tradition, and victory, one chop, stir, and taste at a time.

A few days back, our preschool opened its doors—and its hearts—to the true roots of every family: our beloved grandparents! 🌼

Why grandparents?

Because they are the keepers of stories, the bearers of wisdom, the warmest hugs, and the quiet strength behind every family tree. 💛

With the gentle theme of birds (inspired by the loving nicknames in our culture — shona pakhi, moina pakhi, tiya pakhi), we created a space where generations could nest together.

✨ And what a celebration it was!
From laughter-filled games and heartfelt conversations to steaming plates of winter’s most-loved delicacy—hot, golden pithas—our grandparents enjoyed a well-deserved “cheat day,” free to play, connect, and simply be—no rules, just love and joy! 😊

The sweetest moment? Our little ones proudly placing handmade paper medals around their grandparents’ necks, each one lovingly inscribed:
“I love my grandparents.” 🏅

Thank you, dear grandparents, for reminding us all what truly matters: family, legacy, and the kind of love that spans generations.

After school, when screens call and boredom looms, Curious Cubs turns "I'm bored!" into "Look what I built!"
Today’s session? A simple invitation:
🐾 Share the animal toys fairly
🏡 Imagine: Where will they sleep? Where will they eat?
🧱 Then—build their world—with just blocks and big ideas.
What emerged?
✅ A cozy animal shelter
✅ A grand horse stable
✅ A lively working farm

Boring evenings to Fun Filled evenings!!!!!

This week in Curious Cubs class, we brought the beloved Sisimpur tale “Alur Khoje” to life—and our little learners became vegetable scientists, artists, and explorers!

🔍 Science & Sensory:
We dug deep in our garden to find hidden veggies—then sorted them into “Grow Underground” 🥔 and “Grow Above Ground” 🍆. We even dissected real potatoes and used magnifying glasses to explore their secrets!

🎨 Art & Creativity:
Potatoes, & okra became our stamps! We discovered shapes, textures, and made beautiful patterns—all while learning how food can be art.

🥔 Play & Movement:
Play Dough potatoes with googly eyes? Check!
Potato-on-a-spoon relay races? Double check!
We counted, compared sizes, and laughed our way through math and motor skills.

✨ Every activity was rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and joyful discovery—because at this age, play IS learning.

Our little superheroes didn’t just make their beds today… they turned it into an ADVENTURE! 🛏️✨

With brooms as magic wands and sheets as superhero capes, our crew learned that responsibility = FUN! From tucking corners like pros to smoothing out wrinkles with serious focus, these kiddos are mastering order, routine, and teamwork — one pillow at a time. 💪💖

👩‍🏫 Guided by our amazing teachers (who totally deserves a cape too!), our mini housekeepers proved that chores + play = pure joy.
