A male term AGA wt 3.8 kg , IDM presented with hypoglycemia since 5 hours of age , required not responded to 12mg/kg/min dextrose for more than 7days ,p now age 16 days. Vitals normal, reflexes good, gaining weight, feeding good. Parental consanguineous marriage present. Investigations are : see the photos . DX,? RX?)

2 Month old infant presented with the h/o recurrent episode of sudden loss of tone of all the four limbs, more marked on upper limbs, more often during going to sleep and awakening. No h/o fever, convulsion, resp. distress, unconciousness. Birh history uneventful, nonconsanguinous parents, no f/h of such type of illness. Vitals normal, nervous system normal, fontanel not bulged, reflex good, growth and development age appropriate. So what is dx, inx, rx, prognosis?

A 14 month old boy presented with weakness of left upper limb for 12 hours, fever for 3days. Bulk normal' tone- decreased, power1/5, jerks- absent. Vitals normal. Shoulder joint normal. Provisional DX?

A 7 month old male child presented with recurrent respiratory distress with low grade fever since 3 month. On examination s systolic murmur grade 2 in left sternal border. Echo revealed a large ASD(secundum). What further investigations needed to exclude Holt-Oram syndrome?

A male newborn delivered at 39wk through c/s delivery developed resp. Distress soon after birth. No history of PROM, meconium stained liquor, maternal DM/GDM. Resuscitation not required at birth. BW: 3200gm. Resp. Rate 105/min, hr 120/min' reflex good' no cyanosis , no grunting, good air entry, no murmur, blood glucose3.5mmol/l. CBC, crop, cxr- unremarkable. So DD?
