আমাদের দেশে সময়ের সাথে পাল্লা দিয়ে বাড়ছে মেডিকেল কলেজের সংখ্যা। ১০১টি মেডিকেল কলেজে প্রতিবছর ১০০০০ এর বেশি ছাত্রছাত্রী। কিন্তু এই বিশাল জেনারেশন নেক্সটকে যথাযথভাবে প্রশিক্ষিত করার মত দক্ষ শিক্ষকের অভাব, সবচেয়ে পজেটিভ মানুষটাও স্বীকার করবেন। এখানে আপনাদের প্রত্যেকের যার যার মেডিকেল কলেজের যোগ্য ১০ জন শিক্ষকের নাম বলতে বললে হয়তো আপনারা ৪-৫ জনের নাম বলার পর অনেক চিন্তা করে বাকীদের নাম বলবেন। তাই সৃস্টি হচ্ছে বিশাল এক ভ্যাকুয়ামের। অথচ আমাদের পয়োজনেই আমাদেরকেই জেনারেশন নেক্সটকে দক্ষ ও যোগ্য করে গড়ে তুলতে হবে। দক্ষ মেডিকেল পার্সন গড়ে তোলার লক্ষ্যেই “মেডিস্কুল” এর যাত্রা।

মেডিকেল সাইন্সের গুরুত্বপুর্ণ টপিকগুলো নিয়ে সিরিজ লেকচার, ওয়ার্কশপ, শর্ট কেস, আয়োজনের মাধ্যমে একটি দক্ষ জেনারেশন নেক্সট গড়াই ‘মেডিস্কুল’ এর লক্ষ্য।

"Spread Awarness, Stop Resistance"

অ্যান্টি মাইক্রোবিয়াল রেসিস্টেন্স সচেতনতা সপ্তাহ ২০২১ কে সামনে রেখে MediSchool এর পক্ষ থেকে কেয়ার মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে আজ অনুষ্ঠিত হয় একটি সচেতনতা মূলক সেমিনার।

সেমিনারটির শুরু তে সচেতনতা মূলক একটি সেশন এবং বিভিন্ন সেশনের শিক্ষার্থী দের জন্য ছিল একটু কুইজ এবং পূরষ্কার বিতরনী অনুষ্ঠান।

সচেতনতা ই পারে এন্টিবায়োটিক রেসিস্টেন্স এর মত অবস্থা থেকে আমাদের দূরে রাখতে।

The midgut is the portion of the embryo from which most of the intestines develop. After it bends around the superior mesenteric artery, it is called the "midgut loop". It comprises the portion of the alimentary canal from the end of the foregut at the opening of the bile duct to the hindgut, about two-thirds of the way through the transverse colon.

There are 3 metabolic responses to injury [or sugery]
EBB Phase
Flow phase
Recovery phase

EBB phase:
□ Initial 24-48 hours
□ In this phase, the body conserves energy
□ Features
Hypovolemia
metabolic rate reduced
Cardiac output decreased
Hypothermia

Flow phase:
□ 3-10 days after injury
□ changes
Hyperthermia
Hypervolemia
Increased cardiac output
Increased basal metabolic rate
If the flow phase is successful then the recovery phase starts.

অর্থাৎ Injury বা surgery এর পরপর ই সেটা মোকাবেলা করতে body catabolism যদি বাড়ায়ে দেয় তাহলে অবস্থা আরো খারাপ হবে। Body কিছু ক্ষেত্রে ছাড় দিয়ে কিছু সিস্টেম যেমন Immunity, Brain, Kidney, Lungs কে priority দেয় যেন এই সব system function OK থাকে। এতে Homeostasis maintain হয়।

Final prof এ এখান হতে physiological response to injury ও আসতে পারে। ছবির ৩ টা পয়েন্ট দিলেই হবে।

এই প্রশ্নের উত্তর আরো ভালোভাবে, সহজে কিন্তু সঠিক ভাবে অর্থাৎ To the point এ দেওয়া যায় কিনা জানাবেন।

'MediSchool' is a platform which aims to develop a skilled generation of medical students and doctors by arranging series of lectures, workshops, examination of short cases etc about the important topics of medical science. The purpose is to bring ease in medical study, to spread the knowledge of Legend Doctors among all the medical students without bounding them in any specific Medical Colleges.
