A few years back, I am losing my hair so faster and whatever hair I had, was so dry and damaged. My skin was also getting dry and dull and also had grown brown spots on my face.
Then, I went to the doctor, I did lots of pathological tests and took medicine, but my condition of hair fall or brown spots did not an improvement. Therefore, my interest grows up to use organic and natural products.
Then, I made some organic products for myself, such as hair oil, body butter moisturizing cream, and skin cleanser. I am using my handmade products on a continuous basis and I got the best benefits in solving my own problems.
Once I got the good results of my own handmade products, my friends and family and other members have become also interested to use my own handmade products for solving their problems and I was so happy to give them to use my handmade products to solve their problems. They were so happy to use my products for themselves and they have got a good result.
Thus, I felt the interest to do something with organic products to utilize for me and others as I got benefited friends and family and other members encourage me to do something for the community as there are so many persons who have the same kinds of problems. I feel myself and inspire, why not I do something potential for our society/community.
I have studied online books, journal, and international online organic courses, read different types of blogs, articles and use therapeutic essential oils. Finally, I admitted into the Bachelor of Yunani Medicine and Surgery (degree covers the medical knowledge of the Yunani system)

ছোট থেকেই অত্যন্ত শিল্পমনা মনিরা রহমান মানব দেহের পরিবর্তনের সাথে সাথে যে বাহ্যিক পরিবর্তন সাধিত হয় তা রোধে উদ্যোগ নিয়ে হয়েছেন সফল উদ্যোক্তা।
ব্যাবহারিক শিল্পকলায় স্নাতকোত্তর সম্পন্ন করা মনিরা চাকরি করতে চেয়েছিলেন প্রথমে কিন্তু সন্তান-সংসারের দেখাশোনা করতে গিয়ে তা আর সম্ভব হয়ে ওঠে নাই। তবে তিনি ভিন্ন কিছু করার পরিকল্পনা করেন, যা গতানুগতিক সবাই করছে এমন নয়। একে বারেই ভিন্ন কিছু।
২০০৯ সালে তিনি তেমন কিছু খুজে পান। তিনি গবেষণা করেন ২৫- ৩৫ বছর নারীদের হরমোনাল ইমব্যালেন্স যেমন প্রেগনেন্সি, বয়ঃসন্ধি, পলিসিস্টিক ওভারিয়ান সিনড্রোম ইত্যাদি নিয়ে। এই সময় মানব দেহের ত্বক ও চুল মারাত্মক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়। তাই তিনি এইসব সমস্যার সমাধানে উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করেন। তাঁর নিজেস্ব বাগানের বিভিন্ন ধরনের কাঁচামাল দিয়ে পণ্য তৈরি করে প্রথমে নিজে ব্যবহার করে উপকৃত হন।
পরবর্তীতে বন্ধু-বান্ধব, আত্মীয়-স্বজন, পাড়া-প্রতিবেশী ইনারা উদ্যোক্তার পণ্য ব্যবহার করে বেশ উপকৃত হন। এই ভাবেই উদ্যোক্তা হওয়ার পথচলা মনিরা রহমানের। এসএমই সহ দেশে বিভিন্ন মেলায় অংশগ্রহণ করে বেশ সুনাম কুড়িয়েছেন এই উদ্যোক্তা। ব্যাচেলর অব ইউনানি মেডিসিন অ্যান্ড সার্জারি (বিইউএমএস) ডিগ্রি অর্জন করতে চলেছেন মনিরা; যাতে তাঁর কাজকে আরো বেগবান করে একই সাথে বিভিন্ন ধরনের নতুন নতুন পণ্য তৈরি করতে পারেন। দেশে ও দেশের বাইরে থেকে বিভিন্ন ধরনের প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণ করে দক্ষ হাতে পরিচালনা করছেন তিনি তাঁর উদ্যোগ এবং সার্বিক কাজে জীবন সঙ্গীর সহযোগিতা তাঁকে আরো বেগবান করেছে। ২০১৫ সালে কারখানা প্রতিষ্ঠা করে নিজ উদ্যোগকে সম্প্রসারিত করার পাশাপাশি কর্মসংস্থান করেছেন বেশ কিছু মানুষের।
কাজের স্বীকৃতি স্বরূপ পেয়েছেন ২০১৯ সালে ওমেন'স এন্ট্রেপ্রেনিউরস বাংলাদেশ'র পক্ষ থেকে সম্মাননা।
ভবিষ্যতে তিনি তাঁর এই উদ্যোগকে আরো এগিয়ে নিতে চান একই সাথে আমাদের দেশের বেকার সমস্যা সমাধানে বিশেষ অবদান রাখতে চান এই সফল উদ্যোক্তা।
