For the People

For the People For the people Bangladesh is a densely populated country where most people live below the poverty line. With thanks,
Dr. Shakhawat Hossain Choton

Lack of education, proper health care facilities, unavoidable circumstances, like natural disasters, the country's frail economy have, unfortunately, forced thousands of children to be deprived of their fundamental child rights such as getting basic education, right to primary health care, right to foods, cloths and accommodation. FOR THE PEOPLE - a non-profit organization is dedicated to helping the needy and destitute people, especially children, women & elderly individuals who are neglected in our country - aims to uplift their condition, offering them the basic care that they lack. As the founder, I owe a great deal to everyone for their sincere generosity from the very beginning of FOR THE PEOPLE. It would not have been possible to even think of such a task without their encouraging response. My sincere gratitude also goes to my team members & volunteers, former and current those are always greatly supporting me in every way. As I recall the strenuous times we had at the beginning, it gives me an immense pleasure and satisfaction to see where we have reached. We have successfully teamed-up and performed FREE DENTAL CAMPS all across Bangladesh. No matter how hard the time is - this inspires me to work more. The every small contribution can lead to a great change in the long run. All of us can bring about changes in our society and country as a whole. And I look forward to making things different in the very same way. I appeal everyone to come forward hand in hand towards reaching the goals of FOR THE PEOPLE.
