Corporate Wellness Manager
CMED Health, the largest health-tech organization providing smart healthcare services using artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced technology. We are looking for eligible candidates to work as Corporate Wellness Manager to lead a team of Corporate Wellness Executives and drive establishing “SuSastho Workplace”- an innovative healthcare service for the Corporate Offices and Factories. Major Responsibilities:
-This role is to lead a vibrant team of Corporate Wellness
-Executives to drive and establish our innovative healthcare service “SuSastho Workplace”, in different corporate offices and factories, and ensure achieving targeted revenue growth.
-Lead and supervise the Corporate Wellness Team.
Identify potential corporate offices, factories and organizations for promoting and providing “SuSastho Workplace” services
-Develop Business strategy and implement Sales Plan to promote and establish “SuSastho Workplace” Services in potential Corporate Offices and Factories
-Train, guide, monitor and assist Corporate Wellness Team to implement sales plan and achieve monthly and yearly business targets
-Train, guide, monitor and assist Corporate Wellness Team to implement Sales Plan and achieve monthly and yearly business targets
-Prepare proposals and sales presentations in power point and present to the potential clients.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with Corporate Clients and Stakeholders among different industries
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities & industry developments to identify new opportunities.
-Collaborate with Medical Services, Operations and Technology teams to ensure aligned ex*****on.
-Analyze sales data and reports from performance dashboard, compare with targets, identify trends, opportunities & areas for improvement and keep management updated.
-Represent CMED in different industry events, conferences & networking platforms.
Educational Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with biological Science up to HSC. BBA/MBA preferred
Experience:
-3 to 5 years in sales promotion and/or marketing activity, with ability to lead a team.
-Experience in B2B sales activity or dealing with corporate customers (offices, factories & other organizations) would get preference
-Skills and Other Requirements:
-Proficiency in operating MS Office applications, and preparing power point presentations
-Strong communication, negotiation, and Presentation skills.
-Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
-Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
-Quick learner with a passion for sales.
