Spine (মেরুদন্ড) মানব শরীরের কাঠামো ভারসাম্য ঠিক রাখতে Spine এর ভূমিকা অপরিসীম, এর বিকল্প কিছু নেই।
বয়স বাড়ার সাথে সাথে আমাদের spine বা মেরুদণ্ডের গঠনগত পরিবর্তন দেখা দেই, যার ফলে শরীরের বিভিন্ন ধরণের সমস্যা দেখা দেই, যেমন: কোমর ব্যথা, কাঁধের ব্যথা, ঘাড়ের ব্যথা, কোমরের ব্যথা জনিত কারণে হাঁটতে সমস্যা হয়, ইত্যাদি।
তাই, Spine (মেরুদন্ড) এর যত্ন নেওয়া খুব জরুরি,

কিছু পরামর্শ:
১. বসার সময় অথবা যে কোনো কাজ করার সময় অবশ্যই spine সোজা রেখে কাজ করা।
২. দীর্ঘ সময় এক নাঘাড়ে বসে কাজ না করা, কাজের ফাঁকে কিছু সময় হাঁটা বা এক্সারসাইজ করা,
৩. খাবারে ভিটামিন ডি, ক্যালসিয়াম জাতীয় খাবার যুক্ত করা।
৪. সামনে ঝুঁকে ভারী ওজন উঠানো থেকে বিরত থাকা
৫. পর্যাপ্ত ঘুম এবং পানি পান করা
৬. Spine রিলেটেড কোনো ব্যথা হলে অবহেলা না করে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নেওয়া।
