𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
We are looking for motivated and career-oriented individuals to join our team as Trainee Officer. This role offers hands-on exposure to core logistics and express delivery operations, including document handling, pickup and delivery coordination, customer interaction, and shipment management. The ideal candidate will start from the ground level and grow within the organization through consistent performance and dedication.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Execute Timely Deliveries: Collect and deliver packages/documents on schedule, following assigned routes and ensuring punctual pickups.
2. Ensure Accurate Documentation: Verify shipment details, collect recipient signatures, manage chalan records, and handle clearing documentation for the C&F register.
3. Maintain Delivery Records: Use scanning devices (for example, Leo) to log pickups, inbound shipments, and delivery statuses accurately.
4. Protect Packages in Transit: Handle all items with care and ensure compliance with FedEx handling and safety standards.
5. Provide Professional Service: Coordinate with dispatch, report issues promptly, collect payments when needed, and deliver courteous service to all clients, including walk-ins.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
1. Fresh graduates with strong ambition and a willingness to learn.
2. Committed to starting from operational tasks and growing within the organization.

4. Willingness to relocate anywhere in Bangladesh as needed.
5. Ability to work under pressure with a proactive mindset.
