Tabassum International (MED-EL in Bangladesh) is expanding! We’re looking for skilled and compassionate Audiologists, Rehabilitationist to join our healthcare team in multiple locations if necessary and also an Executive for Front Desk. If you have experience treating both adults and children with speech, language, voice, and hearing disorders, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities (Rehabilitationist):
🔹 Conduct comprehensive audiological and speech-language assessments for patients of all ages
🔹 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and
🔹 Provide rehabilitative therapy and counselling to patients and their families
🔹 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
🔹 Stay updated on advancements in audiology and speech-language therapy.
Key Responsibilities (Audiologist):
🔹 Conduct hearing assessments, diagnostic tests, and evaluations for patients of all ages.
🔹 Identify, diagnose, and manage hearing and balance disorders.
🔹 Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other assistive listening devices.
🔹 Provide counseling and rehabilitation support to patients and their families regarding hearing loss and communication strategies.
🔹 Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of test results and treatment plans.
🔹 Educate patients on proper hearing aid use, care, and maintenance.
🔹 Collaborate with physicians, ENT specialists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
🔹 Stay updated with the latest audiology practices, technologies, and research.
🔹 Conduct community awareness programs, hearing screenings, and preventive care initiatives.
🔹 Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities (Front Desk Executive):
🔹 Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
🔹 Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
🔹 Maintain Full Day Received Cash & Report to Accounts Officer.
🔹 Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
🔹 Manage front desk operations and maintain a neat, organized reception area.
🔹 Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages.
🔹 Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
🔹 Support office staff with clerical duties when required.
🔹 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications:
Rehabilitationist:
✅ Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in ASLP, or SLT.
✅ Experience with both adult and pediatric patients.
✅ Strong understanding of assessment techniques and treatment protocols.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Audiologist:
✅ Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in ASLP or Audiology.
✅ Experience with both adult and pediatric patients.
✅ Strong understanding of assessment techniques and treatment protocols.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Front Desk Executive:
✅ Graduation from any Discipline (Business Studies Preferred).
✅ Smart, Good Looking & Elegant.
✅ English Speaking W/B Better.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Experience in a relevant work field is preferred.
