"To anyone reading this, I know it might be difficult to place your trust in a company from another country. I felt this too, with all the fake medicinal products that exists in the market today, but I decided to give it a chance. And I’m glad I did. After I was diagnosed with lung cancer with a specific type of genetic marker, I browsed through several websites of the suppliers that could supply a suitable medicine for the disease. One of the potential suppliers was MFW. Soon after contacting the company, I received a WhatsApp message for Mr Ahsan suggesting that I could directly communicate with him. After indicating that I wanted to buy the medicine, he immediately supplied me with price of the drug, and info on the postage procedure complete with an example of prove of tracking of what would happen to the parcel during postage. As I need the drug ASAP, I decided to fly to Dhaka and collect it myself. At Dhaka airport, I was greeted by the MFW representative, Mr Saidul Islam and dropped me to the hotel. To facilitate efficient communication between the company representative and me while I was in Dhaka, the company formed a WhatsApp group. MWF was very concern about my health condition. I was supposed to go and collect the medicine at the company’s premise. But after looking at my physical ability walking using a walking stick, Mr Saidul Islam told me that he will send the medicine to the hotel and I could settle the payment via an online flatform over there. I really appreciate their proactive initiatives and effort. The whole process of purchasing the medicine in Dhaka was very easy and efficient.
