1. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA):
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts.

2. Tactical Self Protection (TSP):
Tactical Self Protection training is a Self Defense and Awareness Training with real life situations. Defense against any attackers, multiple attackers, kidnap, rape, riot regardless of strength and size. Conditioning and hand-eye coordination and to improve your reflexes. To get you street prepared. This is the most advanced system to self defense tactics exist today.

3. CrossFit (Functional Training):
CrossFit is constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, CrossFit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore yet accepting and encouraging environment.

4. Calisthenics (Bodyweight Training):
Calisthenics is a form of exercise consisting of a variety of movements which exercise large muscle groups (gross motor movements), such as running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as body weight exercises. They are intended to increase strength, fitness and flexibility, through movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, jumping, or swinging.

5. Cardio and Weight Loss:
Cardio exercise is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Face it our bodies were made to move. And we all know that to keep our muscles in shape we need move them. Dear DEADLOCKers,

I am writing to share some difficult news. Due to increasing job responsibilities, I have been unable to dedicate enough time to DEADLOCK since 2022. After much thought, I’ve come to the hard decision to CLOSE DOWN the TRAINING FACILITY.

This journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Along the way, I’ve met amazing individuals from Bangladesh and beyond. DEADLOCK has taught me invaluable lessons and given me a sense of purpose—it truly meant everything to me. But, as with all great things, this chapter too must come to an end.

While the training facility is closing, I want to keep our group active. This group represents the unity of DEADLOCKers—a family where we support one another in times of need. Whether it’s urgent medical help, blood donations, or simply a call for assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. There will be no judgment, only support.

Remember, DEADLOCK is your family, and if you’re part of it, it will always be yours. Despite our differences, I believe we will continue to stand by each other, just like a family should.
