Job Title: Order Management Executive (Production Approval Analyst)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to change during peak seasons)
Compensation:
Starting salary: BDT 24,000 minimum. Higher salary may be negotiated based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Job Summary:
We are looking for highly detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Executives (Production Approval Analysts) to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and high-quality processing of customized promotional product orders for our US-based e-commerce clients.
You will be responsible for verifying order details, reviewing customer design submissions, and ensuring all specifications meet production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shipping Address Verification: Verify customer shipping addresses using Google Maps or similar tools to ensure accuracy and reduce delivery issues.
• Payment Status Confirmation: Validate payment status through internal systems or third-party platforms before proceeding with order fulfillment.
• Product Familiarity: Develop a sound understanding of the customized US promotional product market to effectively assess order suitability.
• Design File Review:
- Use tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to inspect and validate submitted design files.
- Distinguish between Raster (pixel-based) and Vector (scalable) graphics to ensure optimal print quality and production readiness.
• Template and License Compliance: Ensure that designs comply with brand guidelines and relevant templates during the approval process.
• Order Invoice Review: Thoroughly read and interpret detailed order invoices to detect discrepancies or special requirements.
• Rush Season Readiness: Maintain accuracy and efficiency during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays and summer promotions).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, production staff, and customer support teams to resolve order-related issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, production coordination, or a related role in e-commerce or BPO environments.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of Raster vs. Vector file formats and their use in print production.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure, particularly during peak seasons.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as invoices and design specifications.
• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with US-based or international e-commerce clients.
• Familiarity with customized promotional products (e.g., apparel, drinkware).
• Basic understanding of printing and design production requirements.
