A Roche initiative, in collaboration with Healthcare Diagnostic Solutions Ltd. (HDSL), the Serum Work Area Trendsetter (SWAT) Bootcamp took place on 13th August 2025, uniting medical laboratory professionals and experts for a day filled with innovation, learning, and networking.

The event kicked off with a warm welcome and introduction by Utpal Mukherjee, Lead – Neighbouring Markets at Roche Diagnostics, and Md. Sadikuzzaman, Head of Sales & Marketing at HDSL. An insightful overview of the Roche Innovation Pipeline was presented by Vishnu Shaktawat, Marketing Manager at Roche Diagnostics.

Special gratitude goes to Mehul Rana, Marketing Manager at Roche Diagnostics, who delivered key sessions on diagnostic advancements and marketing strategies, aimed at enhancing the skills of clinical laboratory professionals engaged in routine lab operations across various laboratories and hospitals in Bangladesh.

The event concluded with the distribution of certificates to all participants, recognizing their commitment and contributions to advancing diagnostic excellence.
