Sokkia Topcon Junior Service Engineer( from Civil or Survey).

Responsibilities:
1) Service, configure, and troubleshoot test on survey equipment both onsite and service center.
2) Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve service and technical issues.
3) Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documents, and service manuals.
4) Communicate effectively with foreign engineers and customers via email and phone.
Requirements:
1) Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
2) Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
3) Willingness to travel to client sites throughout Bangladesh.
4) Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing survey equipment (e.g., Total Stations, GNSS, Auto Levels, etc.).
