Position: Speech and Language Therapist
Vacancies: 05, Location: Sylhet , Status: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Speech, Language, Communication, and Swallowing assessments for children and adults (including stroke survivors, individuals with stammering, and voice disorders).
• Provide evidence-based therapy for Speech Delay, Autism, ADHD, Hearing Impaired and other communication disorders.
• Develop Individualized Therapy Plans (ITP) and set measurable goals for patients.
• Maintain standard progress monitoring reports, documentation, and session notes.
• Provide counseling and home-practice guidelines to parents and guardians.
• Work collaboratively and coordinate with the professional team.
• Participate in workshops, screening programs, and awareness activities as per office requirements.
Educational Requirements:
• BSc in Speech and Language Therapy/ BSc in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology from any recognized university.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently undergoing internship are also eligible.
Experience Requirements:
• Experience in the relevant field (pediatric or adult) will be considered an added advantage.

হিয়ারিং অ্যান্ড স্পীচ সল্যুশনস্-এর অডিওলজি ও শ্রবণসেবা বিভাগে দক্ষ, দায়িত্বশীল এবং মানবিক মূল্যবোধসম্পন্ন অডিওমেট্রি টেকনিশিয়ান নিয়োগ দিচ্ছে। নির্বাচিত ব্যক্তি অডিওলজিস্ট / ডাক্তারের তত্ত্বাবধানে রোগীর শ্রবণ পরীক্ষা, রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত, হিয়ারিং এইড ফিটিংসহ বিভিন্ন কারিগরি ও প্রশাসনিক কাজে সহায়তা করবেন।
দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য (Responsibilities)
• বিভিন্ন বয়সের রোগীর সকল ধরনের শ্রবণ পরীক্ষা করা
• রোগীর জন্য উপযুক্ত হিয়ারিং এইড নির্বাচন, ফিটিং, ট্রায়াল প্রদান এবং রোগী / অভিভাবককে হিয়ারিং এইড ব্যবহারে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান
• ইয়ারমোল্ড ইম্প্রেশন (কানের মাপ) নেওয়া
• অডিওমিটার ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সরঞ্জাম স্থাপন, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ
• যন্ত্রপাতির সমস্যা শনাক্তকরণ ও দ্রুত রিপোর্ট প্রদান
• দলগতভাবে কাজ করা এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education)
• ন্যূনতম HSC বা সমমান পরীক্ষায়
• ১৮ মাস মেয়াদি অডিওমেট্রি টেকনিশিয়ান কোর্স সম্পন্ন কারীদের অগ্রাধিকার প্রদান করা হবে
• যাদের অডিওমেট্রি টেকনিশিয়ান কোর্স সম্পন্ন করা নেই তারা কোর্স করার শর্তে আবেদন করতে পারবেন
• বিজনেস / মেডিকেল / সায়েন্স ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড হলে অতিরিক্ত সুবিধা
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience)
• সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ১ বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা
• হাসপাতাল, ক্লিনিক বা ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টারে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
• অভিজ্ঞতাহীন আবেদনকারীরাও আবেদন করতে পরবেন
প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা (Skills)
• অডিওমেট্রিক সরঞ্জাম ও অডিওমেট্রি–সংক্রান্ত সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা
• MS Office পরিচালনায় দক্ষতা
• রোগী ও অভিভাবকদের সাথে সহানুভূতিশীল আচরণ
• নূন্যতম ১০ ঘন্টা কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
