This was one of the funniest mental health memes I've come across, and was recently shared by hundreds of people with abandonment anxiety, hypersensitivity, and a history of emotional abuse. The original poster is a known cyberbully who boosted the post to show as "Suggested For You", and is now making friends with Public Sharers.
The case study on Healthy Minds shows how victims of trauma are recruited as cannon fodder, and the OP also runs a group that caters to the same demographic. Anxious attachment gets validated as "normal", and avoidant attachment is personified as a common enemy.
2 people with Avoidant Attachments do communicate less often, and do not suffocate each other to trigger the Avoidant behaviors in the first place. Therein lies the punchline.
