ডেংগু জ্বর বিষয়ে সচেতনতা
ডেংগু জ্বর একটি ভাইরাসজনিত রোগ, যা এডিস মশার কামড়ে মাধ্যমে ছড়ায়। এই মশা সাধারণত সকাল ও বিকেলে কামড়ায় এবং পরিষ্কার পানিতে জন্ম নেয়।
ডেংগু জ্বরের লক্ষণসমূহ:
• হঠাৎ উচ্চ জ্বর, তীব্র মাথাব্যথা
• চোখের পিছনে ব্যথা, শরীর ও জয়েন্টে ব্যথা।
• বমি বমি ভাব বা বমি, ত্বকে লাল দাগ (র্যা শ)।
যে লক্ষণগুলো দেখা দিলে দ্রুত চিকিৎসা নিতে হবে:
 নাক বা মাড়ি দিয়ে রক্ত পড়া, বমি বা মল এর সাথে রক্ত পড়া।
 অতিরিক্ত দুর্বলতা বা পেট ব্যথা, প্রস্রাব কমে যাওয়া।
প্রতিরোধের উপায়:
 বাড়ির আশেপাশে জমে থাকা পানি ফেলে দিন।
 ফুলের টব, পুরনো টায়ার, ড্রাম ইত্যাদিতে পানি জমতে দেবেন না।
 প্রতিদিন সকালে ও বিকেলে মশা নিধন কার্যক্রম চালান।
 ঘুমানোর সময় মশারি ব্যবহার করুন।
 শিশু ও বয়স্কদের শরীরে মশা নিরোধক ক্রিম ব্যবহার করুন।

​শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ন্যূনতম স্নাতক (অনার্স) পাস।
​অভিজ্ঞতা: সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে কমপক্ষে ১-২ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
​উভয় পদের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা ও যোগ্যতা:

​নেতৃত্বের গুণাবলী: অধীনস্থ ক্লিনিং বা হাইজিন কর্মীদের তত্ত্বাবধান, পরিচালনা এবং তাদের কাজের মান নিশ্চিত করার দক্ষতা।
​কর্মী প্রশিক্ষণ: পরিচ্ছন্নতা কর্মীদের আধুনিক ক্লিনিং পদ্ধতি, সরঞ্জামাদির ব্যবহার এবং হাসপাতালের ইনফেকশন কন্ট্রোল নীতিমালা বিষয়ে প্রশিক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা।
​জ্ঞান: হাসপাতাল বা ক্লিনিক্যাল পরিবেশের পরিচ্ছন্নতা, জীবাণুনাশক প্রক্রিয়া এবং বর্জ্য ব্যবস্থাপনা সম্পর্কে সুস্পষ্ট ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
​যোগাযোগ: হাসপাতালের অন্যান্য বিভাগের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করার মানসিকতা ও দক্ষতা।
​দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্যসমূহ:
​হাসপাতালের ইনডোর, আউটডোর, ওয়ার্ড, কেবিন, ওটি, আইসিইউসহ সকল বিভাগের পরিচ্ছন্নতা নিশ্চিত করা।
​একটি দক্ষ ও প্রশিক্ষিত ক্লিনিং টিম গঠন ও পরিচালনা করা।
​দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক এবং মাসিক পরিচ্ছন্নতার রুটিন তৈরি ও তা বাস্তবায়ন করা।
​ক্লিনিং সরঞ্জাম এবং রাসায়নিক দ্রব্যের সঠিক ব্যবহার ও স্টক管理 করা।
​হাইজিন ও পরিচ্ছন্নতা বিষয়ক প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক নীতিমালা বজায় রাখা।
​কর্মস্থল: কুইন্স হাসপাতাল প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড।
