CS Care is a private, non-profitable, non-political person with disabilities welfare organization established in 2013.It is located at Dhaka the capital city of Bangladesh. CS Care providing Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy among the groups having Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Stroke, Degenerative diseases, Stammering, Hearing Impairment, Cleft Lip & Palate, Back pain, Neck pain, PLID, Arthritis and so on to lead a sound social status in his/her personal life. CS Care also promotes client’s rehabilitation in his/her environment. CS Care tries to ensure the quality of service for the client group by highly qualified professionals. Professional provides individual and group therapy according to client groups need based on assessment.

আপনার শিশুর সাথে বাসায় বসে আজই শুরু করতে পারেন "বল দেওয়া-নেওয়া" খেলা। এটি ছোট মনে হলেও এর মাধ্যমে শিশুর মধ্যে বড় কিছু পরিবর্তন আসে

✅ টার্ন-টেকিং (Turn-taking): শিশু পাল্লা করে কিছু করতে শেখে, যা ভবিষ্যতে অন্যের সাথে মিলেমিশে চলার ভিত্তি তৈরি করে।

✅ গ্রস মোটর স্কিল: শরীরের বড় পেশিগুলোর মুভমেন্ট ভালো হয়।

✅ দৃষ্টি ও হাতের সমন্বয়: বল ধরার সময় চোখ এবং হাতের সমন্বয় বা আই-হ্যান্ড কোঅর্ডিনেশন তৈরি হয়।

কীভাবে খেলবেন? খুবই সহজ! আপনি বলটি শিশুর দিকে দিন এবং তাকে আপনার কাছে ফিরিয়ে দিতে বলুন। খেলাচ্ছলে সে শিখবে ধৈর্য এবং আদান-প্রদান।

শিশুর গ্রস মোটর ও সংবেদনশীলতা বিকাশের জন্য আলাদা খেলনার দরকার নেই- ছোট ছোট খেলাই পারে বড় পরিবর্তন আনতে।
"ছড়ানো বল ঝুড়ির মধ্যে ফেলা" এই সহজ খেলাটি শিশুর হাত চোখের সমন্বয় উন্নত করে, মনোযোগ ধরে রাখতে সাহায্য করে, সেন্সরি, অনুভূতি বিকাশে সহায়ক, আত্মবিশ্বাস বাড়ায়।

আপনার শিশুকে বলগুলো কুড়িয়ে ঝুড়িতে রাখতে উৎসাহ দিন,খেলার ছলেই হবে শেখা ও থেরাপি।

Eligibility & Experience:

Female: 1–2 years experience minimum
Male: Experience preferred

Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are welcome

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s in Special Education, Child Development, or related field (Master’s a plus)
✅ Strong understanding of learning disabilities, therapeutic approaches, and behavior management
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

At present only 4 Speech & Language Therapist and 3 Occupational therapists are working in 2 shifts. CS Care integrated clients in mainstreaming.
