✅ ডায়াবেটিসের কারনে মানবদেহে রক্তনালীর অনেক পরিবর্তন হয়ে থাকে।

শরীরে গ্লুকোজের মাত্রা বেড়ে যাওয়ায় রক্তনালীর রক্ত প্রবাহ বাধা প্রাপ্ত হয়। এর ফলে হাত এবং পায়ের উভয়দিকের রক্ত ​​প্রবাহ কমতে শুরু করে। রক্ত প্রবাহ হ্রাস পাওয়ার কারনে ব্যাথা, সংক্রমণ এবং ক্ষত সহজে নিরাময় হয় না।

✔️ ডায়াবেটিসের কারনে পায়ের যে লক্ষণগুলি দেখা দেয় তা ব্যক্তি ভেদে ভিন্ন হয়ে থাকে, তবে সাধারন যে লক্ষণগুলি দেখা যায় তা হলো:

▪️ হাত ও পায়ে অনুভূতি হ্রাস পাওয়া।

▪️ অসাড়তা।

▪️ফোসকা বা ব্যাথা ব্যতীত অন্যান্য ক্ষতের সংক্রমণ।

▪️ত্বক শুস্ক ও বিবর্ণ হয়ে যাওয়া।

▪️ত্বকে লাল রেখা দেখা দেয়।

▪️ত্বকের তাপমাত্রা পরিবর্তন হয়।

✔️ যদি একজন ব্যক্তি আক্রান্ত হয়ে যায় তা হলে নিম্নলিখিত কয়েকটি উপসর্গ দেখা দিতে পারে:

🔸 জ্বর

🔸 শরীর ঠান্ডা হয়ে যাওয়া

🔸 রক্তে অনিয়ন্ত্রিত গ্লুকোজ

🔸 ঝাঁকুনি বা খিঁচুনি

🔸 লাল ভাব হয়ে যাওয়া

ডায়াবেটিসে আক্রান্ত যে কোনও ব্যক্তি যদি উপরের সংক্রমণের লক্ষণগুলি দেখেন তাহলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব একজন ডায়াবেটিক ফুট স্পেশালিস্ট অথবা পোডিয়াট্রিস্ট এর শরণাপন্ন হতে হবে।

অন্যথায় গ্যাংগ্রিন এর মত মারাত্মক রোগে আক্রান্ত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বেড়ে যায়। যা কিনা পরবর্তীতে হাত অথবা পা এর অংশ বিশেষ কেটে ফেলার মত অবস্থা হতে পারে। তাই আসুন আজই সচেতন হই এবং ডায়াবেটিসকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ এ রাখার চেস্টা করি। তাহলে ডায়াবেটিস জনিত অনেক জটিলতা থেকেই ডায়াবেটিস রোগীরা দূরে থাকতে পারবেন। নিয়ন্ত্রিত জীবন ব্যবস্থাই দিতে পারে সুস্থ স্বাভাবিক জীবন।
