গত সপ্তাহে এম এফ টি হাসপাতালে ১৫০তম ACL সার্জারি সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। এখন পর্যন্ত এই সার্জারির সাফল্যের হার অত্যন্ত সন্তোষজনক। কোনো অস্ত্রোপচারের পর সংক্রমণ বা ব্যর্থতা ঘটেনি।
বিশেষ ধন্যবাদ প্রফেসর ডা. সুমন মল্লিক স্যারকে (prof dr. Sumon Mallik sir) এই অসাধারণ সেবার জন্য।

আজ এম.এফ.টি. হাসপাতালে আরেকটি সফল আর্থ্রোস্কোপিক অ্যান্টেরিয়র ল্যাব্রাল টিয়ার রিপেয়ার (Arthroscopic Repair of Anterior Labral Tear) অপারেশন সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।
এই অপারেশনটি সাধারণত পুনঃপুন কাঁধ স্থানচ্যুতি (Recurrent Shoulder Dislocation) এবং কাঁধের অ্যান্টেরিয়র ল্যাব্রাল টিয়ার (Anterior Labral Tear of Shoulder Joint) রোগীদের জন্য করা হয়।

আমাদের আর্থ্রোস্কোপিক কাঁধের চিকিৎসা (Arthroscopic Shoulder Management) এখন পর্যন্ত সম্পূর্ণ সফলভাবে এবং কোনো জটিলতা ছাড়াই পরিচালিত হচ্ছে।

আমরা ভবিষ্যতে আরও এই ধরনের উন্নত অপারেশন করার আশা রাখি।

আজ এমএফটি হাসপাতালে একটি সফল অস্ত্রোপচার সম্পন্ন হয়েছে, যা বারবার বিচ্যুতি হওয়া কাঁধের (Recurrent dislocation of Shoulder joint)জন্য করা হয়েছে, এবং এই অস্ত্রোপচারের নাম ছিল আর্থ্রোস্কোপিক অ্যান্টেরিয়র লেব্রার টিয়ার রিপেয়ার (Arthroscopic AnteriorLabral Tear repair and removal of loose body from Shoulderjoint)। এই প্রথম বারের মত সিলেটে ডান কাঁধের জয়েন্ট থেকে লুজ বডি সরানো হয়েছে, এবং অ্যান্টেরিয়র লেব্রার টিয়ারও মেরামত করা হয়েছে। এই সফলতার জন্য বিশেষ ধন্যবাদ প্রফেসর ডা. সুমন মল্লিক স্যারকে( Sumon Mallik sir ) এবং তাঁর দলের সবাইকে।

আমরা আশা করছি আগামী ভবিষ্যতে এই ধরনের উন্নত সার্জারি চালিয়ে যেতে পারব।

এমএফটি-তে আরেকটি সফল ইএনটি সার্জারি সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। ফাংশনাল এন্ডোস্কোপিক সাইনাস সার্জারির মাধ্যমে সফলভাবে অ্যান্ট্রোকোয়ানাল পলিপ অপসারণ করা হয়েছে।
এই সার্জারিটি কোনো কাটাছেঁড়া ছাড়াই, নাকের ভেতর দিয়ে এন্ডোস্কোপিক ক্যামেরা ব্যবহার করে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।

ডা. অমিত চন্দ্র দে Amit Dey স্যারকে এই উন্নত ও সফল অপারেশনের জন্য বিশেষ ধন্যবাদ।
ভবিষ্যতে এ ধরনের আরও উন্নত সার্জারি হবে বলে আমরা আশা করি।

আজ MFT হাসপাতালে ৩টি ENT Surgery সম্পন্ন হয়েছে, এর মধ্যে ২টি Surgery এন্ডোস্কোপিকভাবে করা হয়েছে।
MFT-তে প্রথমবারের মতো ম্যাক্সিলারি সাইনাস পলিপের জন্য এন্ডোস্কোপিক সাইনাস সার্জারি করা হয়েছে।পলিপ ম্যাক্সিলারি সাইনাস থেকে বের করা হয়েছে।
এই সাফল্যের জন্য সহকারী অধ্যাপক ডা. অমিত চন্দ্র দে Amit Dey Sir-কে বিশেষ ধন্যবাদ।
আশা করি ভবিষ্যতে আমরা আরও উন্নত সার্জারি করতে পারব।
আমাদের টিমের জন্য দোয়া করবেন।

We have operated another one Total Hip Arthoplasty in MFT. Pt was diagnosed as Bilateral AVN of femoral head (LT > Rt) . Pt was discharged yesterday with recovery.
Special thanks to Prof.Dr Sumon Mallik sir for this excellent operation.

The tenth Shoulder Arthroscopy (Arthroscopic bankart repair) was completed with great success at our hospital.

We have done 2 special cases recently, Total knee Arthoplasty (TKR) and Total Hip Arthoplasty (THR). Both operation was successful and pt was happy.
Special Thanks to Prof.Dr Sumon Mallik sir for this excellence. We have crossed 60 of total Arthoplasty in MFT .. !!! Hope will do more of this interesting cases in future.

Another 3 Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction had done in this week. All pts are stable . Some were discharged with advice.
In all cases we used Peroneous longus tendon Graft. RF electrodes used for better shaving and good outcome. Stability of knee was checked in all cases. Hope the best outcome for these pts.

5th POD follow up of open type 3(A) Radius ulna. Wound condition is good . Hope the pt will get better soon

We have successfully completed 121st Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction surgery.
ACL was torned. Lateral meniscus has a radial tear. Medial meniscus also laxed.
ACL Reconstruction done with Peroneous longus tendon Graft
Both meniscus shaved out. We use RF electrodes for proper shaving and haemostasis.
Special thanks to Prof.Dr Sumon Mallik sir for his dynamic surgery.
We are looking forward to operate more of this cases
