Let's dispel misconceptions about nebulization in children,
Many parents in our country still have a misconception —
"If you give nebulization (gas) to a child once, you have to give it again and again!"
In fact, this is a completely wrong idea.
What is nebulization?
Nebulization is a medical procedure through which medicine is converted into v***r and delivered to the child's airways. It is very effective in respiratory problems, colds, coughs, asthma or bronchitis.
This is not a habit, but a treatment.
The nebulizer does not create any addiction or addiction. It is given only when the child's airways are narrowed or there is difficulty in breathing due to phlegm. It can be stopped when the problem subsides.
Precautions and things to do:
Do not use medicine without consulting a doctor.
If the child has frequent cough or difficulty breathing, consult a specialist doctor.
Do not let the child go to cold air after nebulization.
Always keep the nebulizer machine clean.
Remember:
Nebulization can save a child's life — awareness, not fear.
Aware parents mean healthy children.
