এস্টেরিয়ার জন্ম ২০১৩ সালে। এফ কমার্স তখনও অতটা জনপ্রিয় ছিল না, হাতে হাতে স্মার্ট ফোন ছিল না। অনলাইন ব্যবসা কীভাবে দাঁড় করাতে হবে এ নিয়ে কোন আইডিয়াই ছিলনা। মেডিক্যাল ফিফথ ইয়ার পড়ুয়া দুই বান্ধবী ফাইনাল প্রফের শেষ পরীক্ষাটি শেষ করে গল্প করছিলাম। কোন প্ল্যানিং বা প্রিপারেশন ছিল না, জাস্ট ‘কিছু একটা’ করার ইচ্ছা ছিল। দুই পরিবারেরই কর্তা ব্যক্তিরা জানলে কুরুক্ষেত্র হয়ে যেত। তাই শুরু করেছিলাম লুকিয়ে। ছাত্রজীবন সেদিনই মাত্র শেষ হয়েছে তাই ব্যবসায়িক পুঁজির প্রশ্নই আসেনা। স্কলারশীপের জমানো ৫০০০ টাকা সম্বল ছিল। প্রথম দেড় বছর বাসায় জানানো সম্ভব হয়নি ব্যবসার কথা। পরিবার থেকে স্বীকৃতি পেলাম যখন অলরেডি মানুষ একজন দুজন করে আমাদের নাম জানা শুরু করেছেন, এবং বাবাদের সামনে আমাদের প্রশংসা করেন।

শুরুর ইচ্ছা ছিল একটা অনলাইন সুপারস্টোরের। কিন্তু পড়েছি এমন বিষয়ে- ব্যবসার সাথে কোনই সম্পর্ক না থাকায় কি বিক্রি করব, কিভাবে গুছিয়ে উঠব, ক্রেতাই বা কে হবেন এসব নিয়ে হাবু ডুবু খেতে খেতে সাজগোজের জিনিস নিয়ে তীরে উঠলাম। বেশ লম্বা সময় নিয়ে আমরা আস্তে আস্তে প্রথমে ইউকে, এর পর ইউ এস, ইন্ডিয়া, মালয়েশিয়া, চায়না ও থাইল্যান্ডের বিউটি প্রোডাক্ট নিয়ে কাজ করতে শুরু করি। শুরু থেকেই অথেনটিসিটি এবং সার্ভিস নিয়ে আপোষহীন থাকায় সবার বিশ্বাস অর্জন করতে থাকি এবং সবসময় তা ধরে রাখারই চেষ্টা করছি।

শুরুটা দেশের বাইরে থেকে প্রোডাক্ট এনে হলেও সবসময় চেয়েছি দেশজ পণ্য নিয়ে কাজ করতে আর একারণেই ২০১৭ সাল থেকে শুরু করি এস্টেরিয়ার নিজস্ব হাতে বানানো অর্গানিক রুপচর্চার পণ্য। ক্রমাগত মানোন্নয়ন এর মধ্য দিয়ে আমরা স্বপ্ন দেখছি আন্তর্জাতিক মান সম্মত পণ্য আমাদের দেশ থেকেই তৈরী করতে এবং সবার হাতে তা পৌঁছে দিয়ে দেশীয় পণ্যের উপর আস্থা ও ভালবাসা বাড়াতে।

শুরুটা সাদামাটা হলেও আমাদের ব্যবসায়িক এই পথচলার প্রতি মুহুর্ত ছিল উত্তেজনায় ভরপুর। প্রতিটি বাঁধা আমাদের জন্য নতুন চ্যালেঞ্জ। যারা শুরু থেকে আমাদের সাথে ছিলেন এবং যারা এই পথচলায় প্রতিনিয়ত যোগ হয়ে যাচ্ছেন তাঁদের সবার প্রতি আমাদের আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা এবং ভালবাসা। আপনারা ছিলেন বলেই আমরা আছি এবং আপনাদের ভালবাসাতেই আরো অনেক এগিয়ে যাবার আশা রাখি।
