With growth also come changes.

Over the past years I’ve always tried to keep everything as accessible as possible for you. Many extra costs packaging, materials, rising supply prices, time, and logistics were often absorbed on my side so you wouldn’t feel them too much.

But as The Dragon Oak continues to grow, this is no longer sustainable in the same way. To keep creating and offering everything with the same care and quality, a few small adjustments are necessary:

– A small adjustment related to VAT
– Shipping costs will increase slightly
– All parcels will now be automatically insured
– Payments after live sales must be completed within 48 hours

I always do this work with all my heart. Everything I create comes from passion, intention, and dedication. But as a growing small business, I also need to make sure things remain balanced and sustainable.
