A Participant speaks:
"It is a lot and it is big what we are trying to learn. Our ideas and experiences as participants vary widely, but Irma always guides us to a middle with meditation exercises and visualisations, to the place in time and space where the inner and outer world become as one.

Symbols also help to get past words. And of course music brings an answer. When we listen to the chant “ The Breath of Heart ’ by Alexander Gustave on Sunday morning, everything that still looked for a place falls into place. Thus, almost unnoticed, the certainty has grown in us that only love is the way, only love can disarm".

“Do you think those you knew who died
Are in another place then you, right now?”
Those for whom meditation has become part of daily life,
These questions are actually not that strange, neither are the answers far away.
Actually death is much closer.
Contemplating such questions often bring a warmth, a sense of closeness and intimacy.
A remembrance of ‘home’.
Many think meditation is a tool for relaxation, to relieve stress.
And of course this is what it does as well.
But rather more importantly it is a tool to reconnect with our deepest essence, with what we are beyond ourselves.
That part in us that was never born and will never die
Meditation is the way to connect with the part in us that was never born and that will never die.
Just image yourself and ask this question deeper within you
“Where did these loved ones go after they died?
Are they really that far away?”

Because of an almost fully booked weekend in Januari we decided to plan an extra weekend March 20-22.
One of our recent guests wrote about us on google: A magical place and a magically beautiful experience 🤍

Recently, after two days of residence, a guest told the rhythm of the day had been very helpful. He didn't expect that, but he noticed how “well balanced” it was. The place itself and also the drum during meditation had given him a deep rest. He had not thought he would experience this in such a short time.

We often hear this, time comes to a standstill because people step into a different kind of frequency or dimension for a few days.
This in itself is the bedding for healing to take place, which many of us experience during a short visit.
This may seems magical from one perspective, from another perspective this is a natural happening.
Visit it yourself for a few days and find out yourself what this can bring to you. https://buff.ly/2Btt3rJ

II noticed that the peace, kind of thoughtlessness that I experienced more and more in the attunements, at some point continued in the moments between the meditations. That way I moved very pleasantly throughout the day.

A spiritual life is a responsible life.
Making the best of what life offers us,
Without complaining.
Embrace everything:
Good and evil,
The beautiful and the ugly,
The fine and the less fine.
You embrace everything.

In the beginning I had distracting thoughts, but they disappeared more and more. At one point, inspiring thoughts came. They passed without me tending to grab them.

Meditation belongs to your daily life. It is like eating, drinking, breathing and sleeping. It is opening to your deepest essence. Meditation is not an activity. Real meditation is a moment of letting go.
It is going back to your base, and then allow things to happen without expectation, without trying to influence things.

Meditation is preparing for a moment that the door opens. It is allowing a moment of infusion of Awareness . We cannot know, see or feel Awareness. We cannot manage Awareness. We can only open the door by letting go. Letting go is like opening the shutters in a dark room by which the light comes in by itself.

This is like the moment of infusion of Awareness. And in that moment it takes care of itself. It is this moment that feeds you. It is your cure, the moment of healing. Meditation is a moment of ultimate peace. For that Asha- and Breath Meditation are pure meditations. The more we live in Awareness, the more complete and natural we are.

We are able to make our choices on a better basis, for better consequences and become better able to deal with problems. And for those who can hear and understand, for the individual and the human race as a whole, the importance of meditation is to keep the connection with Awareness alive. To keep this connection with ultimate peace. For living Now and what comes after.
