Met de Nieuwe Maan in Schorpioen duiken we dieper om te mogen transformeren en ruimte te maken voor nieuwe intenties. Een diepere verbinding en verdieping doorheen verschillende lagen. Waarin we een reis maken via klank met als hoofdonderdeel geleid door de Alchemy Chrystal Singing Bowls, pure, unieke geluisdsgolven en hogere frequenties voor extra inzichten.

Ik kijk er alvast naar uit! Welkom ✨

We just entered autumn equinox (here in the northern hemisphere) 🍂

Where there is this balance between light and dark inviting in shorter days.

Taking a moment to feel in to what you need in this particular time to support this transition into colder, darker days.

Connecting back to the earth and warm nourishing foods. Slowing down and inviting more stillness.

As nature is releasing and preparing for winter, take this moment to be there for yourself and remembering the nature in you.

This 1st of September marked the celebration of 4 years of CaringLovingSelf.

When I reflect back on this journey so far, there has been so much shifting and deepening and learning and unlearning.

I still struggle with taking time for me. It’s challenging for me and why my name of CaringLovingSelf is such a beautiful reminder time and time again.

Though initially it was to come home to myself to truly accept and support my mental health at the time, to go through this journey of how to take care and reconnect with that love.

Today as I navigate being self employed and having many passions and ideas. I am relearning taking care of me, with a new way of living and my schedule. And that it is still so important to take care of me in order to be there for you.

That was my biggest eye opener many many years ago, when I wanted to be there for others but couldn’t as I really needed to be there for me first as I was struggling a lot.

So hopefully, this reminder can be of support.

Always look after yourself, see what you need, how do you nourish yourself first. From there you can be there for others in even a much more present and meaningful way 🫶

What a true gift having dived deeper into Enrootment Method Level 2.

A journey of insights, depth, space, bliss, connection, learning, unlearning, strength, wisdom, development, feeling, awareness, home within.

Grateful for the wisdom and sharings of
Simeon and Samantha.

Grateful for my own journey through these learnings and my insights of being away in nature, of giving and receiving sessions with new layers.

Grateful for the connections shared with others.

This Level brought me also closer to feel more empowered in how I want to share this beautiful work of Enrootment with you. Where I allow myself to feel more free to fully explore in the present moment. Where the layers of blocked emotions and deeper knowings may flow through in the power of softness and presence that can make you feel safe and seen, while breaking through in different ways.

Connecting to space, a space to truly feel, be seen, to express, to connect within and without, to see, to know, to create.

I did something scary, sharing more about my journey in my newsletter!

The plan was to post it here as well, but the caption was way too long! 😅 and something is holding my back…

Step by step I might share more here as well, but already giving you a little insight :)

Last Tuesday was my birthday and I tend to reflect around that time period.
Turning 39 made me think of this last decade and the journey I’ve been on.

From heartbreaks and being single for a long time, and realising not becoming a mother in my 30s, grieving my dance career, overcoming my eating dis0rder after 15 years, to lots of love, support, learning and diving deep into new passions! A huge journey of depth, darkness, light, transformations and growth, still exploring and coming home.

Wherever you are on your journey, life is forever evolving, changing in its own unique timing and rhythm, supporting your own unique life path 💜

A reminder to enjoy the present and the little things that make you smile.
That all our experiences bring us to who we are today.
