There is no ABUNDANCE without true connection ❤️

Abundance has NOTHING to do with material stuff, what you earn or how much you spend. Luxury without authentic connection is no true abundance!

Greece made me realize this in so many ways.

🌼 ABUNDANCE is being offered a ride and grapes when you are walking uphill in the sun
🌼 ABUNDANCE is booking a simple last minute room and receiving spectacular sea and mountain views as a bonus
🌼 ABUNDANCE is booking only a room during 1 week and receiving full board with home cooked meals every day
🌼 ABUNDANCE is getting a surprise gift at your car when leaving the accomodation
🌼 ABUNDANCE is being offered fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden
🌼 ABUNDANCE is an unexpected gift of homemade jam, cookies, cupcakes and dried figs
🌼 ABUNDANCE is getting offered a boat trip on the beach when the excursion company is not running that day
🌼 ABUNDANCE is being invited at the table when you just got to know them and then they say you are like family
🌼 ABUNDANCE is getting a rose from the waiter who says you are beautiful
🌼 ABUNDANCE is friendship without words
🌼 ABUNDANCE is a feeling of being welcome and loved without any condition

And my list of experiences in Greece is not finished but too big for this post...

Learn to give without conditions, work because you love it but NEVER let money be the goal.

Thank you to all the lovely Greek people who came on my path, touched my heart and showed me this unconditional love and ABUNDANCE. God bless you all 🙏

I picked the card of ABUNDANTIA just before I flew to Greece where I continued my soul journey for about 3 months.

I let go of my expectations and a dream came true!

So TRUST that when you choose what you love from a pure intention... the universe ALWAYS has your back!

Eye to eye with a wild fox... and then he gave me a deep energy healing 🦊

I didn't feel scared but peaceful. I cried because he positively touched my soul and luckily the camera was not in front of my eyes so I could really feel it.

Very important when you are filming an animal, don't hold the screen in front of your face because the eyes are the gateway to the soul.

During my soul journey in Spain and Greece I had several special encounters with spirit animals. When you relax and expect nothing...nature gives you a sign 💫

The fox also came at a wonderful moment because I just finished a special ritual to release an old pattern 30 min before I met the fox. It was like nature confirming the positive change.

Spirit animals in ancient cultures and shamanism have a special meaning and bring us important messages.

I have worked 4 years in Africa and accompanied dozens of safari's on land and in the ocean but in Greece I didn't expect nothing...

I already met a wild wolf in Belgium a couple of years ago but that was a very fast encounter in the evening.This was different and more intense.

To be honest... I was never really a fan of foxes because of the 'false' meaning but now I felt the positive message.

The fox is a mystical guide and brings us the message to trust our intuition, cleverness and our adaptibility.

Thank you for this sign of TRANSFORMATION that I can feel in many ways.

And special thank you to Roman and Lucky 🐕 to witness this special moment together with me.

If you felt the strong and difficult energies lately... you are not alone 💞

I felt it too and I believe we need to peel off old layers so something new is able to enter our life.

This means that we feel sadness and pain of old wounds but it's ok. Feel it through and try to understand the message.

Believe that the universe wants you to evolve in a positive way but... NOT with your old limiting habits.

CHANGE is in the cycle of every full moon 🌕

Believe in your positive evolution!

What if our dearest deceased wanted us to dance instead of suffering!

Mourning for our beloved is a healthy necessary process to be able to move on but choosing again for happiness is also allowed.

Jesus suffered for others to wash away our sins. If you believe you are Jesus, please continue to suffer for all humankind.

But for all other 'normal humans'... every day you can choose to dance and fall in love with life again!

Like these Greek yaya's (grandma's) on Le**os, who many of them lost their partners but they seized this happy dancing moment together.

Ef charisto poli (big thank you) for these wonderful spontaneous moments.

Life is a gift...so DANCE when you still can!

We used to warn people abroad for specific tourist traps but what if your whole destination becomes a tourist trap or big parts of it!

When making more money becomes an addiction due to excessive marketing and influencers!

The village or the whole island turns into a luxury resort and you mostly attract wannabee (new rich) people. There is no affordable accomodation for local season workers left because they have turned everything into tourist acco's. Many restaurants are overrated and traffic in high season is your worst nightmare.

Renovation is necessary from time to time but when everybody starts renovating with the intention to ask a lot more money... real authenticity goes down the drain.

And it gets worse when you start attracting the bigger chains with a 'copy paste' style in every center and holiday resort around the world.

I believe that the best evolution in tourism is a good balance of different (truly) typical types of acco's where luxury is not even a must!

Why you want to be 'exclusive'?

Exclusive in what? I see the same white 'boho' interior coming back from Greece to Spain to Italy in almost every 'exclusive' hotel. And their website says typicial interior. While swahili and rotan style has it's origin in Africa and Asia. Not in Europe!

People are working hard in 'tourist traps' and some are making a lot of money BUT they have also lost a sence of personal integrity and inner peace.

When I talk to the locals, most of them are longing for 'the good old days'. When not only the destination but also the tourists were more authentic. Because to be honest, when your public changes... the SOUL of a destination changes!

More money is coming in BUT you will pay the price in the end and there is no way back!

So for all the places which are still unspoiled gems ⤵️

PLEASE never forget the story of the fisherman or woman (see images).

Stay focused on your inner happiness and health... NOT only on 'how to catch more fish' 🎣

In the end what we truly need is authentic connection because all the rest is slowly killing us...

Sometimes we need darkness to show us what needs light... and what needs healing 🙏

It's not always a major event or success that gives you pure happines and wisdom or inner peace.

It's when you feel down, empty or lonely that we learn what is truly important for our SOUL!

So trust the process and the circle of life 💫

Take your time to be in the dark and have the courage to ask for help if you need it.

The light can only shine brighter in the dark 🕯

The sound of status quo

The sound of autumn

After travelling almost 6 months during my soul journey, I experienced magical and wonderful summer moments in Spain, Belgium, Holland and Greece.

I'm still travelling but I also feel it's time for inner silence and deep reflection. Peeling of more layers. Going inwards with myself on another level.

Even when I was not working, I was still helping others. Of course that felt nice (also for my ego) but now it's time to help myself.

Understanding what your soul truly wants by connecting with nature. In my case it's the sea... The sea always was my best healer 🌊

Everybody has their unique nature element for personal healing. Try to take time to truly connect with your element.

What is yours?

In the end, nobody else can heal you...

You can only heal yourself with a little help from mother nature ❣️

You are the director of your life! You can choose the seat, the color, the location and whom to interact with.

Breaking free from other people's judgement (family, friends, colleagues and community(s) is thé most valuable gift you can give yourself!

Very few understand me and I am finally ok with it. It took me 46 years! So deeply grateful to finally understand this and stay true to myself. It feels like... HALLELUJAH!

As a splenic projector 5/1 (human design), I also needed time to understand and respect myself. I always saw life through a different lens but didn't realize it's actually a great gift to feel people's energy and see opportunities & threats instantly. My body speaks to me.

That doesn't mean my life was always easy but every difficulty is for me a 'blessing in disguise' to be rerouted. I embrace change very easily.

You always have the power to choose your way and how to deal with situations. Some people blame their own children for not being free. Remember it was YOU, who made the choice (in most cases) to have s*x without protection and make kids.

I always wanted children since a young age. I could have made many but I didn't meet an available and stable (not addicted) father. Many passionate lovers but they were all karmic relations with whom it was obvious, I would not be happy on the long term... so I chose to use my mother energy in a different way.

Whatever your personal choices, if they make you happy and you don't harm others, you don't need to justify or explain your life. And if they don't understand you, it's ok.

So thé important question for you...

Which director seat are you choosing?

Choose wisely when you still can.

Alan Watts inspired me a long time ago (see link in comments):

'We thought of life by analogy with a journey, a pilgrimage, which had a serious purpose at the end, and the thing was to get to that end, success or whatever it is, maybe heaven after you’re dead.

But we missed the point the whole way along. It was a musical thing and you were supposed to sing or to dance while the music was being played.'

So NEVER forget to dance on your waves because your life might end sooner than you think!

De laatste officiële zaken in België zijn afgerond. Nu ben ik volledig vrij...Olé!

Ik moest nog 1 maand in België passeren voor finale admin ivm het afsluiten van mijn zaak en huis.

Op 15 april 2025 ben ik op zielsreis vertrokken. De eerste 100 dagen heb ik rondgereisd in Spanje ( Atlantische kust van zuid naar noord). Mijn reis zal zich verderzetten in Griekenland 🇬🇷

Het bezoek in België en Nederland tussendoor werden een belangrijk onderdeel van mijn zielsreis.

Extra inzichten in oude persoonlijke triggers, conditioneringen en familiedynamieken. Het werd nu als volwassene extra voelbaar doordat ik nog eens 4 weken in mijn jeugdkamer verbleef. Én ik kreeg de kracht om het rustig te bespreken met mijn moeder.

Heel dankbaar voor deze belangrijke diepe healing, de geweldige zorgen en liefde van ons ma (82 j) ❤️

Ik was in 2014 teruggekeerd naar België, na 14 jaar in vele zuiderse landen. Ik zie duidelijk waarom deze 11 mooie jaren in Antwerpen een belangrijk deel waren van mijn levenspad.

Anderzijds voel ik ook dat mijn lichaam energetisch NEEN zegt tegen de collectieve energie van Vlaanderen en de 'Westerse consumptie' landen. Af en toe een bezoekje is leuk om dierbaren terug te zien maar meer hoeft niet meer.

Men wil het hier graag allemaal 'weten', 'verzekeren' en 'vasthouden', zowel materieel, fysiek als emotioneel, met als resultaat burnouts vanaf jonge leeftijd, depressies en andere ziekten...

Er zijn te weinig overgebleven tradities voor pure verbinding los van een commerciëel doel.

Er wordt teveel gepalaverd en negatief oordeel gegeven over zichzelf en anderen wat nefast is voor onze individuele en collectieve eigenwaarde.

Er zijn zeker ook uitzonderingen en bij de gasten met beperkingen voel ik dat niet. Zij zijn onze echte leermeesters!

Doorvoel de ervaring met je lichaam, begrijp de boodschap met je mind maar vergeef met je hart opdat je ziel terug vrijheid en blijdschap ervaart ❤️

Dat is dé oplossing voor een gezonder 'lichter' leven. Ik wens dit aan iedereen 🙏

What is a soul journey versus a retreat or a holiday?

Below is my personal definition and it still might change along the way 👣

1. AUTHENTIC CONNECTION
- I travel alone
- I truly take time for myself and the people I meet along the way.
- There is an organic balance between me- and we time.
- I open my heart to connect with the local people and culture

2. BODY
- I meditate and do inner movement to connect with my body and chakra's, to heal and to rest on a deeper level

3. NATURE
- I do nature activities
- I learn to appreciate duality in all aspects of life
- I open myself to all living creatures

4. INTUITION
- The choice of places reveal itself along the way.
- I follow my intuition and don't choose with my mind.

5. TIME
- I travel without a fixed program or end date
- I take all the time I need deconditioning myself from old patterns, attachments, dreams, my roots and beliefs about who I 'thought' I was

6. TRUST
- I trust the universe and divine timing
- I finalized all obligations of jobs and business. I don't have any fixed income. In between I do volunteer work.
- I try not to worry about money or the immediate need for a job and other materialistic stuff
- I don't let myself be intimidated or influenced by personal or other people's judgements and fears (perhaps the most difficult aspect of all!)

7. GRATITUDE
- I am grateful for every healthy day
- I go with the flow and dance on my waves

10 Years studying esoteric Ta**ra philosophy, working for 4 years as an Energy therapist, Yoga and Mindfulness teacher in Belgium.

I now get the opportunity to truly practice what I preach...and walk the talk during my Soul Journey that started on the 15/04/2025 👣

Thank you at the Guggeheim in Bilbao for confirming me 'the 4th way of Gurdjieff'.

A spiritual journey meant to be followed amid ordinary life without the need to retreat from the world.

How long this Soul Journey will take me or where it will bring me further on my path? I don't know.

Super grateful for this golden path. A gift of authentic living ✨️
