✨ Creative Vision Workshop – Saturday Afternoon, March 22 ✨
A journey into art, cacao, and self-expression.

Join me for a special day of creativity, presence, and artistic exploration. Over the past eight years, my artistic journey has been deeply shaped by meditation, ancestral wisdom, plant medicine, and shamanic vision—expressed through digital, acrylic, and oil painting. Now, I invite you into this space to explore your own creative flow.

🌿 What to Expect
We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony and meditation to ground into presence and awaken inspiration. From there, we’ll flow into intuitive creation—drawing, painting, and allowing whatever wants to emerge. I’ll be there to offer guidance, insights, and practical know-how.

🎨 Bring Your Own Tools
Use whatever feels right—iPad, watercolors, pencils, or oil paints. You’ll have space to create freely, ask questions, and watch me paint as I share my techniques and process.

Opening The Heart Space 💗🍄💫
You and 3 other people are invited on Sunday the 3rd.
This will be a macro dose journey with psilocybin.

A deep ceremonial voyage accompanied by song, instruments, music, vibrations, and energy that will last for a few hours.

We will travel inward in a grounded, embodied way.
Together we open the space for a profound inner journey where you can become more present. The medicine will allow you to open and sink deeper into your own emotional, mental, and physical body. Connect with your breath and surrender to the flow.

These are strong experiences but brought with care and softness.
We open the heart space to illuminate ourselves and gain more clarity, insights, and connection with our higher consciousness, nature, and the universal mystery.

This guided ceremony is not a trip, but a way to become more grounded in your body, to open your mind, and to feel your universal energy flow.
I work with essences and Hapé to open and in the end to ground you.

Afterwards, there is room for sharing and some fruits.
Come alone or invite your friends.
Either way, we come together to journey as a group and to connect.

We're having another microdose ceremony on the 15th of December. 🌿🍄
It will be held at the beautiful space in De Verscholen tuin in Deurne.

Holding these ceremonies for us has been a true gift.
Each ceremony is an exploration of allowing whatever is to be and to explore ever deeper into the mystery without explaning it.

To just sit, hold space and to share ourselves is immensly profound. We can only do these things if we allow ourselves to be fully as we are, without judgment, control or identifications.
This is an invitation to show up fully as you are. In honesty, humbleness and openness. To come sit and explore the mystery of nature and consciousness.

This journey will be guided by sound, songs, music and energy to steer you into different directions. Our intention is to allow yourself to fully surrender to the moment. To feel, to breathe, to sink deeper into your true self, to embrace softness, openness and empowerement without identity.

The mushroom is an excellent teacher to give us deeper insights and to heal. Healing is not always deeply rooted trauma. Sometimes its reconnection with a deeper layer. A more profound humility. A sharp contrast with the modern world of needing to prove yourself and "becoming" / "doing" something.

Wholeness is rooted in acceptance, love and humility towards yourself and others and is being at peace with where you are in this very moment.

If you feel like journeying in an intimate group setting and to embrace your uniqueness then you are welcome to join us in this session.

🌿🍄Welcome for our microdosing psilocybin & sound ceremony on the 17th of November in the beautiful Flow space - sterckxhof in Deurne. This is an invitation for you to join an intimate circle to explore the depths of your being.

The mushroom is a beautiful medicine that can guide you in your healing process. It can bring clarity and is a great companion in your journey of self inquiry and expansion of consciousness. This ceremony will be a bit more than our usual microdose.

It will be an opportunity for you to explore the subtle yet transformative effect of these teachers in a safe and supportive environment.

So what can you expect?

A peaceful and nurturing atmosphere guided by various instruments, medicine songs, silence and most of all presence. We will be working with Rapeh to cleanse and ground. Setting intentions, authentic releating and sharing are all part of the journey.

Join us for an evening of peaceful rejuvenation as we guide you on a journey of sound. We'll be located at Sint Jacobsmarkt in Antwerp. We are offering a tranquil space for you to unwind and immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of our sound bowls, drums, flutes, and other instruments.

This isn't just any ordinary sound journey - it's an opportunity to leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on your own wellbeing. We'll take you on a soothing and transformative experience, using the power of sound to transport you to a place of inner calm and tranquility. We'll also be incorporating powerful breathwork techniques to enhance your experience and deepen your connection with the sound. Together, sound and breath will create a symphony of healing for your mind, body, and soul.

The event will last approximately 90 minutes, and we kindly ask that you bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you. Blankets and eye masks will be provided. Doors will open at 6:45 pm, and the sound journey will commence promptly at 7:00 pm.

Experience the power of your breath, sound, voice, and the sweetness of Cacao!

Join us for a heartwarming, meditative, and therapeutic sound & breath ceremony guided by Cacao, the sacred Amazonian plant on Friday November 12 at FLOW Yoga in Deurne, Antwerp!

The ceremony will start with a cup of cacao and transition into a guided breathwork session. Followed by movement, sound, voice and connection.

In this 3 hour ceremony you will:
