The way we feel has a direction.
Upward and light. Downward and grounding. Expanding. Contracting. Integrating.

In this training, we explore the Pancha Prana Vayus; the five movements of prana, and how they show up in the body and mind when things are flowing… or when they’re not.

You’ll learn:
• the qualities and functions of each vayu
• common signs of imbalance
• how to support balance through asana, pranayama, meditation, relaxation + simple lifestyle tools
• case studies to make it practical and usable (for your own practice or your teaching)

Portugal in July feels like an exhale; warm air, long light, the ocean never far away. It’s the kind of place that helps you slow down without forcing it, and that’s exactly the atmosphere I want to create on this retreat.

We call it a yoga intensive retreat because there are three sessions offered each day, so you have plenty of opportunity to practice and go deeper. But the week itself doesn’t have to feel intense. You choose your own rhythm. Some people join everything, others come for one session a day and spend the rest of the time resting, swimming, reading, or doing absolutely nothing. Both are completely welcome. 🤗

If your life has been full lately with stress, noise and constant doing, this is your pause button. And even if life feels perfectly fine, you might simply be craving time and space to deepen your practice, reset your rhythm, and reconnect. A week to move, breathe, soften, and come home feeling steadier, clearer, and more spacious inside. 🧘🏽‍♀️ 🧘🏻‍♂️

This will be my 21st retreat, and I can’t wait to share this week in Portugal with you. 🌸

After decades of personal practice and many years of teaching trainings, I’m still learning and refining what I share. This foundational 200-hour training is the starting point of our curriculum. All other modules build on this base, offering a clear and supportive path to continue studying, practicing, and deepening over time.

Whether you want to teach or simply deepen your practice and understanding, on and off the mat, this might be the right place to begin.

Somatic Yin goes beyond stretching slowly.
Through subtle micro-movements and functional Yin, we shift the focus from shape to sensation, from doing to listening.

In this accessible workshop (open to all levels), you’ll explore how somatic awareness can change the way you move, pause, and feel in your practice and daily life.

Led by .yoga, trained in SATYA – Somatics, with a clear, practical, and deeply supportive approach.

We close with a Functional Yin practice, guided by one simple question:
Does it feel supportive?

This advanced vinyasa training is not about how many advanced poses you can do.
And it’s not about sequencing for more advanced students only.

It’s about refining how you teach with clarity, creativity, and care.

We work on intelligent sequencing, yes, but also on cueing that actually lands, safe and fluid transitions, nervous-system aware inversions, and teaching from presence rather than performance.
You’ll learn how to offer advanced work in a way that’s inclusive, grounded, and sustainable, for your students and for yourself.

Props are welcome. Options are essential.
Breath sets the pace, not the ego.

Whether you’re actively teaching or deepening your own practice, if you’ve completed a 200-hour training, you’re welcome.
You’ll leave with clearer tools, stronger confidence, and the ability to guide advanced classes kindly, in your own voice.
