Gisteren nog Indian Summer, vandaag een zachte reality check 🌧🍂
 De herfst-equinox markeert meer dan een weersverandering, het is een innerlijke shift.

Waar de zomer staat voor expansie en volle energie, nodigt de herfst ons uit om te vertragen en naar binnen te keren. De bomen laten hun bladeren los, een wijs ritueel van loslaten & kracht bewaren voor nieuwe groei in het voorjaar.✨

Laat je inspireren door dit ritme van de natuur: Wat mag jij vasthouden?  En wat mag zachtjes wegstromen?
 In dat loslaten ontstaat ruimte, fysiek, mentaal & in je adem.

A lunar eclipse that coincides with the full Moon in Pisces.
We can’t witness the eclipse tonight ☁️but we feel its energetic impact.
Even in the city!

So I share yesterdays bright, beautiful moon.

The magic of eclipses lies in the way their energy extends beyond the visible, sending subtle ripples through the airwaves, reaching us regardless of our location on Earth.

And its effects continues to be felt afterward.

We are all made of stardust.

I didn’t witness the eclipse itself, only the bright and beautiful full moon. Yet even in the city, its presence could be felt.

Nieuwe start, nieuwe energie 🍂🧘‍♂️
De zomervakantie is voorbij en dat betekent dat vanaf vandaag het volledige yogarooster opstart, je bent welkom in de Yogashala (Zuid) en in Het Oude Badhuis (Noord).
🌿Tijd om na de zomerpauze weer samen te bewegen, te ademen en te ontspannen. 
Zin om mee te doen?
