7 Weeks to Go — EDGEx10MILES Update
We’re getting closer to the , and the energy in our training group is incredible. Out of the 20 EDGE participants, 10 members are following our intensive running program with coach — combining their regular EDGE training with one dedicated weekly run session and a personalized running plan tailored to their level and goals.
At EDGE, preparation matters. We want every runner to arrive at the start line strong, confident, and with as few injuries as possible — both before and after race day.
Our program blends outdoor running sessions, indoor functional (run‑specific) training, and mental support to keep everyone consistent and motivated. From the baseline test to endurance sessions at the MAS, from indoor strength and technique work to tempo and interval training, every week builds toward April 26.
