Je hoeft niet altijd sneller, verder of harder te gaan om je goed te voelen 💪🏻💚
Volgens het Zweedse concept Lagom draait het net om precies genoeg: niet te veel, niet te weinig… maar wat écht goed voelt 🤍

en daagden me uit om één van de 8 Lagom-gewoontes uit te testen. Want wist je dat de helft van de bestuurders zich gestrest voelt achter het stuur? Meer rust begint vaak buiten de auto; in beweging, in de natuur.🌳🍂🤸🏼‍♀️

Dus ruilde ik mijn warme indoor workout in voor buiten bewegen, op mijn eigen tempo, ongeacht wind of kou. Het vertrekken was niet evident… maar het gevoel achteraf? Rustiger. Meer ademruimte. Meer balans.🙏🏻❤️

Misschien is dat wel Lagom.
En ja: het deed écht deugd. 🌿

2025 was a rollercoaster🎢❤️

I started the year so strong.
Muse Of Greens was growing, I was pregnant with my second baby boy, full of ideas, full of plans, before and after birth.

And then Nelson came.
Peacefully.
And he needed me… a lot.

My to-do list stayed untouched.
And slowly, frustration came in.

I wanted to be there for my babies, give them the best care, but I also wanted to prove, to the world and to myself, that I could be more than “just” a mom.

And honestly… I struggled.

I was tired.
Stressed.
Anxious.
My baby didn’t sleep.
I didn’t sleep.
And when you don’t sleep, everything feels heavier — your body, your mood, your relationship, your mind.

I felt lost.
But I never lost the courage to continue.

Little by little, things shifted.
My baby started sleeping.
My energy came back.
But my body was still tired.
Still recovering.
Still carrying everything I went through.

So 2026 is different.
2026 is not about more pressure.
Not about always doing better, bigger, faster.

2026 is about breathing.
Giving myself space.
Growing — gently.

It’s about connection.
With myself.
And with you.

I want to help women feel strong and confident during pregnancy.
And even stronger after.

I want to be a real support, for movement, health, confidence and mental strength.

Because becoming a mom doesn’t make you weaker.
It makes you stronger.

You don’t find your old body back.
You build a stronger one.
One that deserves time, care and priority.

I wish you a year filled with calm energy, positive vibes and gentle movement that feels good, for your body, your mind and your soul.
