Tomorrow on 4th of May, we take our first steps to a new normal. Please take into consideration our new recommendations:
To guarantee a MAXIMUM SAFETY FOR EVERYONE, we kindly ask you to:
o Arrive max 10 min. before your appointment timing
o Disinfect your hands upon arrival and also when leaving
o Wear a face mask inside our premises: if you don’t have one, please ask one at the reception
o Announce yourself at the reception and mention the timing and doctor of your appointment
o Make one appointment per problem and per patient

Morgen nemen we de eerste stappen richting het nieuwe normaal. Gelieve rekening te houden met volgende aanbevelingen:
Om een MAXIMALE VEILIGHEID VOOR IEDEREEN te waarborgen vragen wij u:
- Om max 10 minuten voor uw afspraak aan te komen
- Om uw handen te ontsmetten bij binnenkomen en bij buitengaan
- Om een masker te dragen in de praktijk: indien u er geen heeft, vraag er één aan het onthaal
- Om uw aan te melden aan onthaal met vermelding afspraak om welk uur bij welke dokter
- Om één afspraak te maken per probleem en per patiënt

The current measures do not allow us to open our online agenda. If you need a consultation, please call us, we try to advice on the phone and if needed we do see patients in the clinic as well.
De huidige maatregelen laten ons niet toe om de online agenda te openen. Indien u een consultatie nodig heeft: bel ons, dan geven we telefonisch advies en indien nodig zien de dokters ook patienten op consultatie.

Sciensano, het Belgisch instituut voor gezondheid volgt de aanwezigheid van het stuifmeel in België. De afgelopen dagen zijn de berkenstuifmeelconcentraties in de lucht toegenomen. Allergiesymptomen ervaren kan dus, maar zijn niet te verwarren met een verkoudheid, griep of Covid-19.

Helena is een online platform waarop uw huisarts uw attesten/voorschriften kan beschikbaar stellen. Heel handig in deze crisis-tijd. Indien u dit nu al wenst te activeren, stuur een email naar ugpcorona@gmail.com met als onderwerp "Helena-oke" en in de email uw correcte telefoonnummer. Opgepast elk gsm-nr en emailadres kan slechts 1 maal gebruikt worden. (U heeft verschillende nodig voor elk familielid)
Helena is an online platform on which your GP can share attestations/prescriptions. Very handy in this current crisis. If you wish to already activate this, send an email to ugpcorona@gmail.com with "Helena-oke" as subject and your correct phonenumber in the email. Carefull: every phonenumber and emailadres can only be used once. (so you need a different one for every family member)
