Lately I’ve been feeling something very clearly:
we are not just individuals walking forward in time
we are the center note of a much bigger song.

Seven generations behind us,
seven ahead of us,
all vibrating through the choices we make today.

And the moment you change your frequency,
the whole melody shifts.
Your past loosens.
Your future rearranges.
Your field reorganizes.

It’s wild how powerful one human can be
when they become conscious of the music they’re carrying.

letting your inner blueprint lead the movement.

The tension you feel now is guidance:
fire calling you forward,
water calling you deeper within,
This is your true identity, truly!,calling you home.

Integrity is the path. Integration leads to identity. Identity means you know yourself, and thus trust yourself.
Trust IS the step.

AI is productive.
It gave me clarity, structure, and a whole strategy in days.
It was incredibly useful.

But here’s the truth most people won’t say:

It’s almost too good.
Too tempting.
Too easy to disappear into.

If I don’t stop myself, I could spend hours asking it questions instead of asking humans.
Instead of connecting.
Instead of living.

It NEVER is what tool you use. It’s ALWAYS how you use it. How are you using it and how will you in the future?

Your breath is breathing you.
Your heart is beating you.
The earth is holding you.

When you drop out of your mind and into that rhythm:

the inhale that carries spirit,
the pulse that keeps time,
the ground that never lets you fall.
you realize you were never unsafe, never alone, never lacking.

From that stillness, creation begins.
From that calm, abundance becomes your nature.

That’s what it means when we say: Everything you’re searching for is already happening inside you.

Life asked me to stop.
To listen.
To let ourselves be rewritten.
One word: TRUST. Because to our small self the timing will likely seem ‘off’. Yet, it never is.

Since the summer it went like this: Belgium. Back to myRoots. Mushrooms. Healing. Silence.
And then the word FIREKEEPER 🔥 landed in my body like truth.

It was truly the first time I put my own will aside and allowed the blueprint of my soul’s mission to shine through:
I’m not here to just practice astrology.
I’m here to restore coherence ,in myself AND in humanity.

This month reminded me again:
life doesn’t stop moving
but I can choose how I move with it.

There are five things that keep me centered,
no matter what happens.

🔥 1. My morning practice
Kundalini Yoga.
Every single day for five years.
It’s not a choice anymore: it’s my anchor.
My fire. My devotion. Sat Nam.

🌞 2. My life intentions
They are the closest frequency to my original intention:
Why I came here.
When I live by them, I radiate from within.

❤️‍🔥3. My standards of integrity
Integrity. Coherence. Clarity of mission.
My three flows of Qi.
The framework that keeps me true when things shift.

🌿 4. My health as foundation
Cold showers in the morning.
Organic food.
Ocean water.
And even when I don’t sleep,
these keep me grounded, alive, focused.

🙏5. Surrender to a higher force
Astrology helps me understand the cycles,
but faith is what helps me surrender.
To trust that there’s a greater power moving through me.
Pure love. Pure compassion.
A creative intelligence that always brings me home.

That’s Ørsprng.
Not perfection. Not control: RE-MEMBRANCE.
Every time I fall: I return.

Like a rite of passage: traveling home with my dad. The messages and divine timing were 👌.
1. & 2. King of my castle — a moment out of time. What began as a shared dream became a divine encounter. I was guided there not only for us, but to bring peace to a soul still reaching ‘across worlds.’
3. Nérac: in my heart ❤️
4. Wanted to show the magic of The Pyrenees to my father. Success.
5. Of course 👀 🛞 . We wanted to skip Zaragoza, but it decided otherwise. Interestingly, a flat tire on the back right means: “Something in the masculine lineage or in the way you push forward from past structures is losing air/ losing pressure. It needs to be emptied before it can be refilled with fresh direction.” Back to ø ;)
