This month reminded me again:
life doesn’t stop moving
but I can choose how I move with it.
There are five things that keep me centered,
no matter what happens.
🔥 1. My morning practice
Kundalini Yoga.
Every single day for five years.
It’s not a choice anymore: it’s my anchor.
My fire. My devotion. Sat Nam.
🌞 2. My life intentions
They are the closest frequency to my original intention:
Why I came here.
When I live by them, I radiate from within.
❤️🔥3. My standards of integrity
Integrity. Coherence. Clarity of mission.
My three flows of Qi.
The framework that keeps me true when things shift.
🌿 4. My health as foundation
Cold showers in the morning.
Organic food.
Ocean water.
And even when I don’t sleep,
these keep me grounded, alive, focused.
🙏5. Surrender to a higher force
Astrology helps me understand the cycles,
but faith is what helps me surrender.
To trust that there’s a greater power moving through me.
Pure love. Pure compassion.
A creative intelligence that always brings me home.
