Rome wasn’t built in a day. Change takes time, and so does overcoming personal challenges. Be patient with yourself, don’t rush the healing process and celebrate every small victory. Remember that progress is not linear and you may experience a setback, but always keep your sights on the light, your end goal.

P.S. Your goal should always be to lose body fat and not just weight. Loosing centimetres - not kilograms. Access your stamina, ask yourself if you are able to run faster and longer, hold a plank, or lift harder. Challenge yourself every single day 😎 …and be PATIENT.

Resistance bands provide enough stress to work your muscles harder while not asking for the brute strength needed for hand weights.
