Cyprus … My first HAO trip as a volunteer & it was amazing! With the best HAO team, we were able to give out so many healing & sensory enrichment sessions to all the dogs & cats we have met 🥰 Thank you so much my fellow HAO ladies for teaching me so much about rescue, fostering, adoption & your own experiences with your animals 😘

Although some live stories of the dogs & cats were very hard to hear, magically their eyes light up as soon as they start to receive love & help 😍 finding them their forever loving home is the most beautiful gift we can give them, that’s where comes in 🥰

So much love for all the wonderful animals & people that I have met during this trip! I can’t wait to be back! 🇨🇾

Shepperdy Puppies … 8 puppies a big bundle of joy together 🤩 They are very much looking forward to finding their forever home in the UK 🏡

It is wonderful that we, as a HAO team, can support the rescue center in finding them a home, by delivering the info that the puppies give us during a healing & communication session. They might be small, they definitely know who they are & what they would like in live 😅 lots of cuddles & kisses is one thing out of many 🥰

Calmness … 6 Healers giving healing in a pound with over a hundred dogs while constructing work is been going on 🐶

Results in all dogs going to sleep & absolute calmness in the pound 🥰😴🧘🏼‍♀️

Letting the magic of healing settling in for the dogs to benefit from it 💚

Blankets … I leave it up to my horses to choose whether or not they want to have a blanket on ☺️ Theola wants one & Julo doesn’t & it’s up to me to respect that 💚

How I let them choose? I just ask: it they want one, they stand still in the field for me to put it on, if not they move away from the blanket I present to them, I must say that Julo was very clear about his answer 😅 After he had little run, we still had some cuddling time together 💜

Communication can be super easy, we just have to ask & listen 🥰

Water … Always a bowl with plain water available for Ares, this is the one in the middle 😊

Added to this, Ares gets to choose every week if he wants hydrosols as well. This week he went for atlas cedar and spike lavender 💜💚

Very interesting to see him make this choice, supporting him after having been a weekend away with my to the Netherlands. The choice he has made is very grounding & relaxing 🧘🏼‍♀️

It’s very rewarding to see which choices my animals are making themselves 🥰

Essential oils & hydrosols are so valuable to be put to use with animals & us humans 🌸🌼

Mountain … Up the hill, down the hill, eating, browsing, playing around 🤸🏻

My horses are training their bodies themselves due to the living area they are in, which only gives them more benefits in live 🥰

Do you ever think about the living area your horse is in? Is he out 24/7 or in his box a lot? With friends or alone? Is there a difference during winter or summertime? Have you ever given it a little thought what the effect of his living area is on his body? 🤔

Maybe this is the first time that you think of this or maybe you are very experienced in developing the living area of your horse to keep them as naturally as possible, we can all learn & grow together in offering possibilities to our beloved horses 🍃

Surrounded… Can you spot the two cuties in the back? Little spoiler it’s Theola & Julo off course 🥰

There is more to the world than meets the eye & animals are a lot more aware of this then us humans 🍃

Feeling all the energies around them, communicating telepathically & intuitively with everything in nature, trusting & relying their gut instincts, being present in the moment, without questions asked animals are living like this & we, humans, can learn so much of their example 🥰

Familystroll … I really adore both my horses immensely 🥰 In case you haven’t realised this yet 😁

Mother & son, close together 24/7 in the field 🥰

I’m seeing a lot of horses & other animals in my practice, which makes me realise that it is a real privilege for them to be able to stay together & live their lives together, for which I’m forever grateful ❤️

In our human world it is sometimes forgotten that separating animal families can hurt them as well, as much as it does to us humans being separated, I do believe that we have to keep the animals feelings in our minds when they are separated & support them when there is no other option left then to separate them for whichever reason 💕

Sleep … These days, Ares really enjoys sleeping outside during the day, even when we think it is getting colder 😅 At night, he loves coming inside with us 😴
