𝗙𝗔𝗤: Wat is een Preservé borstvergroting? 🧡

De Preservé techniek is een minimaal invasieve manier van borstvergroting, en dus minder ingrijpend. Het belangrijkste verschil is dat we veel meer natuurlijke steunligamenten bewaren: ze worden niet doorgesneden om ruimte te maken voor het implantaat, maar zacht opgerekt met behulp van een klein ballonnetje. Zo ontstaat de holte waarin het implantaat netjes en stabiel kan worden geplaatst.

Het gevolg is een zeer stabiel resultaat, doorgaans minder pijn en daardoor een sneller herstel. Bovendien blijft het litteken klein: meestal ongeveer 2 tot 2,5 cm. In bepaalde gevallen kan de ingreep zelfs onder lokale verdoving worden uitgevoerd.

𝗙𝗔𝗤: What is a Preservé breast augmentation? 🧡

The Preservé technique is a minimally invasive approach to breast augmentation, making it less invasive overall. The main difference is that it preserves far more of the natural support ligaments. Instead of cutting through these ligaments to create space for the implant, they are gently stretched using a small balloon. This creates a precise pocket in which the implant can be placed securely and in a very stable position.

As a result, the outcome is highly stable, pain is often reduced and recovery tends to be faster. The scar is also smaller, usually around 2 to 2.5 cm. In some cases, the procedure can even be performed under local anaesthesia.

Een neuscorrectie (rhinoplastie) kan de vorm, grootte én functie van de neus verbeteren. Dat kan esthetisch zijn (bv. een bultje, scheefstand, brede of neerwaartse tip) én/of functioneel wanneer de neusademhaling beperkt is.

Tijdens de consultatie bespreekt de arts je wensen en neusanatomie, zodat de aanpak écht bij jou past. De ingreep gebeurt doorgaans onder algemene verdoving (vaak dagopname). Dr. Els Colla is anesthesist, reanimatiearts en specialist intensieve zorgen, met zo’n 25 jaar ervaring. Bij Cosmipolis is zij de vaste anesthesist voor elke ingreep. Met een uitgesproken humane en holistische visie staat één principe altijd centraal: de veiligheid van de patiënt.
