I am very pleased to be teaching the second edition of my mindfulness for conference interpreters workshop, hosted by AIIC, the International Association of Conference Interpreters.

Aujourd'hui c'est Gaël Sánchez, enseignant de Mindfulness, qui donne mes cours à Shanti Home, à 18h et à 19h45. Il fera une introduction à la méditation et à la pleine conscience. Je pars quelques jours pour une retraite dans les montagnes de Picos de Europa. Je vous retrouve lundi prochain sur le tapis.
