Hello everyone,
I’m slowly finding my way back to yoga teaching, in a gentle and intentional way. The thought of leaving my 4‑month‑old baby for just one evening is tender and real — and at the same time, teaching yoga and being part of a community feels just as much me.
This transition, this constant re‑balancing between roles, energies, and identities, is something I’m living every day — and it’s also at the heart of what I love to share through yoga.
As you read this, you might ask yourself:
✨ Am I giving myself space to recharge and restore balance?
✨ Do I allow myself to take up space, to be fully present for myself?
✨ Could one evening of yoga, movement, and reflection help me feel more centered, more alive, and more aligned with all the parts of who I am?

This gentle yet structured class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and energy. Even though it’s just once per week, it focuses on gradual development, giving you time to integrate each practice fully and build lasting balance, strength, and vitality.
