March is the month of rebirth. 🌱✨

For the first time in two years, I feel like I’ve regained all the energy I had slowly run out of.
In February 2023, I left my job as an employee—a job that had given me many joys and satisfactions, but also frustrations and disappointments. It had drained me completely, leaving my batteries empty.

I stepped away from a safe harbor to dive into a project I had always dreamed of but didn’t quite know where to start. Maybe I had always envisioned it but never dared to make it real. Today, looking back, I can see how far I’ve come.

Maybe it’s the unexpected sunshine Brussels has been gifting us for the past few weeks, maybe it’s the feeling of spring in the air… but I feel free and energized. 🔥

And I can’t wait to share this energy with you! Join me and on Saturday, the 29th, for a special movement session with percussion. Let’s welcome the spring of the body! 🌿🥁

What if this year wasn’t about overwhelming resolutions, but about small habits that truly nourish you?

💡 Why not resolutions?
Resolutions can feel rigid and stressful, focusing on what we should do. But habits? Habits are small, intentional actions rooted in care and compassion for yourself.

🌟 Start small. Start here:
✔ Feeling tired? Rest 15 minutes earlier.
✔ Overwhelmed? Take 2 minutes to breathe.
✔ Stuck creatively? Spend 5 minutes journaling, dancing, or creating.

By focusing on what you truly need and showing up every day—even for just a few moments—you can create meaningful change.
