Brussels Mindfulness We are here to support you in growing mental strengths for greater wellbeing and resilience. On a personal, and also political and economic level.

Promoting conscious and balanced living and working through resilience and mindfulness trainings, retreats, and coaching to enhance well-being and kindness in this world. Every day, important decisions are being taken by the people we work with. Through our mindfulness based trainings we want to help you create more mental space and greater awareness so these decisions can be taken from a wider perspective of clarity, wisdom and kindness, rather than from the tunnel vision of stress, fear or negativity. 🌿 Mindfulness Teacher Training – starting September 2026 🌿

Our next in-person Mindfulness Teacher Training (MBSR) begins in September 2026.

This programme is an invitation to deepen your own mindfulness practice, support your well-being and personal growth, and learn how to share mindfulness with others in a grounded, ethical, and trauma-sensitive way.

Along the journey, you’ll:

cultivate greater presence, clarity, and resilience

develop confidence in guiding mindfulness practices and inquiry

learn within a small, supportive cohort and form meaningful connections

be accompanied by experienced senior teachers

integrate mindfulness into both your personal and professional life

As part of the training, you also receive a full year of Brussels Mindfulness Membership, including regular live practice, community sessions, and access to a rich meditation library — supporting continuity and depth throughout the year.

This week, facilitated a resilience workshop at the annual top managers meeting of the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) in Prague.

Around 50 senior leaders explored how to lead effectively under pressure — with a focus on self-regulation, recovery, and sustainable performance.

Key themes included:
• resilience as a skill that can be cultivated
• the balance between effort and recovery as a core element of stress management
• the role of leaders in modelling pauses, presence, and consistent self-care

At Brussels Mindfulness, we support organisations in building resilience and clarity at both individual and team level — especially in complex, high-pressure environments.

Conscious and balanced living & working with mindfulness. Brussels Mindfulness offers high-quality mindfulness-based education to the international community in Brussels. It has been created by professionals of different nationalities who have been working with mindfulness in the international community for years. Through offering mindfulness skills we want to contribute to better mental health and wellbeing as well as to better personal, political and economic decision-making. We offer courses at our venues near Montgomery in Brussels, as well as in-house courses at the workplace and at schools. www.brusselsmindfulness.be
