We honor the diversity of Yoga and offer a wide variety of traditional and contemporary yoga styles including Hot Yoga, Hot flow, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga as well as Private Yoga classes. In addition, we organize workshops, teacher trainings and community events to support every stage of your journey. Our mission is to create an urban sanctuary in which students can realize their full potential through the practice of yoga. We are dedicated to providing a safe space to each individual in order to facilitate personal growth. We believe that yoga is the best practice for physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
