New public consultation: Construction Services Act

Construction services account for 12% of EU Gross Value Added, yet cross-border activity remains limited, particularly affecting SMEs in .

Divergent national rules, limited mutual recognition of qualifications, and administrative barriers continue to hamper cross-border provision of services. The proposed Construction Services Act aims to reduce these obstacles and strengthen the Single Market.
