We had a great day exploring the polarity of chaos and order, something we are all familiar with at certain moments of life & at times now for the collective.

Chaos has a relation to creativity, and where there’s chaos, there’s a hidden order to be found. If we learn to work with it, to see it with new eyes, to create something new from it, we can not only survive trouble, but learn to thrive and birth something new from it.

Too much order - ridgid & controlling
Too much chaos - scattered & stressed, more easily controlled

*The middle way, bringing the virtues of both = presence, a place of creativity, & putting steps in place to what you’d like to create. And the work between chaos & order pushes us to adapt, to gain new perspectives, to surrender & to trust the way. All of this relates to an evolutionary force behind it all.

If you are on a path of healing, if you’re trying to understand your life & your feelings, or if life has happened & you must learn now, you are being guided by an evolutionary force, the path of consciousness. Seeing that can help the process.

Some takeaways from today: the importance of finding the middle point between the two, grounding in transitions, the heart as the navigator, we can give ourselves the unconditional love we long for, the evolutionary force was loving & grounded, the relief that you don’t have to
Know the way, because the way knows the way.

From Chaos to Order: a Systemic Ritual Workshop

This is the reality we are living and when there’s so much chaos, it can have an effect on our sense of safety and wellbeing. In this workshop, we will explore the subject in our own lives as well as in the bigger world and collective field.

I’ll give you an astrological overview of these times to orient you, and the workshop will be creative and fun, full of exercises and group rituals, including a work with art, group rituals to join together in this important moment of our humanity, practical tips for nervous system regulation during this time and how it relates to the theme and working with both the Wheel of the Four Directions, a version of the medicine wheel, and the labyrinth for a journey into our own hearts - the guide in the 5D reality that is being birthed. **See BIO for events

It’s that time of the year again! Level 1: Meet the Wheel & the Four Directions, starting Nov 13th.

The Wheel of the Four Directions is a variation of the traditional medicine wheel that has been used for centuries by many cultures around the world. Working with a medicine wheel expands your perception & connects you to the Spirits and wisdom from each direction, something fundamental to any shamanic practice.

Course Objectives: During this five-part course, you will:
*learn the principles of each direction and your relation to each one
*learn and practice supporting principles to ritual, including prayer, intention, building an altar and how to open and close the directions
*learn and experience a variety of rituals with the Wheel for you and for groups, giving you a toolbox of rituals to use
*understand and apply the workings of the Wheel, including how the directions are connected and how to move around the circle/Wheel to benefit your intention during rituals
*have your own encounter with Spirit and with your support team (Spirit guides/Support team)

I’m on The way to Mexico! 🇲🇽 The ISCA conference, an international Constellation gathering is next week and I’ll present a Systemic Ritual workshop on a subject we are confronted with regularly, Community (being with others) vs. Separation (being alone). These dynamics have been pronounced since COVID with matters of loneliness incrementing globally yet the changing paradigm of community focus and need, symbolic of the Aquariam Age.

Foundations & Philosophy of Family Constellations

This is a course on the foundation and philosophy of Family Constellation work, giving insights into the systemic approach and the systemic lens. The systemic view sees beyond the self and considers the interconnections between parts (family members in a family system for example) as not just relevant, but incredibly important for understanding our own lives.

As an introduction to Family Constellations, the course is for individuals or anyone interested in the professional path. This is Step 1 for those who would want to go on to the Facilitator track and train as a professional with the international training starting Spring 2026. Details soon to be shared!

This course is for personal development first and foremost, with a path for professional development if you choose it and are ready for it. It will give you an understanding of the philosophy behind Constellation work, so it can be a resource for your daily life, bringing new understanding and peace to your lived experiences.

It was Constellation weekend, both in Brussels & online and the clear subject that emerged from the weekend was siblings.

Often a subject overlooked but so important. Our brothers and sisters are the people we will know the longest in our lives. For many not us, life started with them- or they come some years later and life changed. Siblings either work together or aggression and rivalry exist, which is a reflection of something in the system that they are unknowingly attempting to resolve, falling into repetition.

Family constellations can reveal what they’re trying to heal in their repetitions. This is the nature of system entanglement and loyalties. Sibling behavior reveals something within the family of origin or before that.

Next Brussels Circle is Nov 16th and next online is Nov 15, a morning circle this time. See youn then!

The original post says “I think” but I’ve come to “know” this is true, from my own life and also from working with others in relationship matters.

We attract the frequency we are at, and this can be explained by the map of consciousness by David Hawkins, the frequency measurement in hertz of emotions. If we are dealing with (whatever emotion), we will attract something at a similar frequency. Like attracts like. It doesn’t have to be the same emotion but a similar hertz frequency.

Often we can think how did I attract this person? But there’s always a reason.

This happens on a system level too as a person we are drawn to comes with all that they came from too. Our family stories are part of our vibration. This can change as we heal wounds but much of it remains.

Want to walk toward someone different? Tired of patterns in relationships? Become what you want to attract and heal what is in the way. Then our relationships naturally change !
