Hello Astrologers & Astrology Lovers!

As I make more contact with many of you who share an interest with me, astrology, I'd like to share something that could be interesting for you!

Imagine if your chart, including the symbolism of the planets or the aspect patterns could talk to you and share hidden energy and experiences trapped in them? Imagine if they came to life!

AstroConstellations the the blend of two modalities, astrology and Systemic Constellations, where we embody the chart and the symbols within it.

This makes it similar to AstroDrama (psychodrama) yet different because we are working with the present moment and the quantum field to bring forth information free of space and time.

It's truly incredible. We can come with a question that is astrology focused - such as, can we learn more about Chiron in House 8 square my Sun in House 11? Or we can come from a question / challenge focus, such as I would like to open to love and I don't know what blocks me from it.

Each month we meet on/near the New Moon and the first part of the circles are astrology learning and astrology sharing, plus an experiential exercise that is relevant to the moment and the meaning/energy signatures of the New Moon, making it a personal discovery for each person. This is what Moon Members tell me is their favorite part of the Circle. We can get guidance, confirmation or new perspectives working on something personal this way!

Then there are 2 AstroConstellations, which are Systemic/Family Constellations that are astrology informed, and astrology inclusive. Our charts come to life and the power of the cosmos becomes more real too!

Even seasoned astrologers who have attended told me they learned something new, such as how a planet expresses itself or what life (and ancestral) experiences are revealed in the aspect patterns.

This week there’s the Aries New Moon, April 17th - what can it mean for you?

This will be a New Moon to remember due to an incredible concentration of Aries energy at play! There are 8 planets (including Eris) in the fire sign bringing a surge of newness & energy available for action. With such an unusual buildup & also with Uranus at its final degree in Ta**us, there is an unpredictability at this NM, therefore, this energy must be used consciously & intentionally. Aries is the sign of the self, yet with such an off balance concentration of it, the symbolism reminds us of its counterpart Libra, & asks us to consider the relational impact of our choices too.

Life force energy abounds at this time, so the real question is how will you use it? It’s a powerful time to set in motion new projects, or to take a stand on something that is yours & only yours! The month of April & this NM in particular is a time that will separate the dreamers from the doers!

Thank you to all those who attended today’s Circle. The power of the group, as the healing vessel, was so evident.
The group itself is a big part of the medicine in Constellation work.

Many of you spoke of the power and importance of connection as we closed.
Connection is vital for us humans, yet precisely that same connection can be threatening. Today we got some insight about what leads to such a dilemma.

If there’s anything I’ve learned doing this now for many years, it’s that there’s always a reason behind our circumstances and symptoms. And It takes great courage to want to look.

Starting now and amplified at the second half of this month something incredibly rare is happening, and how you approach and react to this energy will make all the difference. It can either be empowering and directive or aggressive and destructive.

This is the range of expression of Aries and there is just SO MUCH of it at play with 7+ planets in the fire sign.

Aries rules the head, so take consideration if you’re sensitive to headaches or sinus issues. Aries also is connected to the root chakra, and with so much activity, being grounded can only support you . Be anchored in self awareness and self empowerment!!

This will be an incredibly dynamic month, with all of this in combination with Uranus moving to Gemini now starting a new cycle there for 7 years. Uranus, the awakener, brings the unexpected to light; it can be disruptive and unpredictable - leading to awakening or further frustration. On top of that, being at the anaretic degree of Ta**us (29 deg) before it moves on fully to Gemini can present as extreme and exaggerated.

Knowing this can help you prepare and use the energy in a constructive and purposeful way. It’s a time of action - let’s use it for the common good instead of contribute to the collective chaos!

Mars enters Aries on April 9 and by midmonth we will have the majority of planets in the sign of Aries, including the Sun, Moon, Saturn, Neptune, Mercury, Mars, Chiron, and Eris. This is incredibly unusual and very powerful.

Aries is pure energy forward; it’s direct and we have not only the Sun in Aries, we also have Mars the ruler of the sign and Saturn, the one who brings form to our intention. April is one of the most potent months of the year astrologically and this is one of the reasons why.

This is a time when aggression will be highly tempting and will happen more. It will absolutely mean something for the world. For us on a personal level, this energy carries the potential of initiation for something far into the future we want to create.

Back in February Neptune and Saturn met at 0 degrees Aries, the seed moment for something new coming into form and now with the density of the Aries energy, it’s time to act. This month will separate the dreamers from the doers.

Next week on Thursday, April 9th there will be the first workshop of a 4 -part series, Anchoring in Times of Change. Theme: Initiation. We will do group rituals, constellations and creative exercises to gain clarity and momentum for what is rising in you!

Anchoring in Times of Change

This month of April is really significant as the energy builds and gains great momentum. This will manifest in numerous ways, yet how can you take advantage of the forward motion?

I saw a wonderful post today that said, “April will separate the dreamers from the doers.” Without action, dreams stay dreams and this month is where the gas pedal is hit full blast and there is no looking back. Literally it’s like that. And It’s happening anyway, so how can you maximize the opportunity?

Join me for a 4-part series aligning with the start of each season to inspire, direct and support you as we all move through tremendous change. In the first part of this series on Thursday, April 9, we will work with the subject of Initiation. What are you building? What decision(s) are calling you? Or do you feel unsure where and how to proceed? It’s all welcome!

This series will include group rituals, Constellations, song, creative applications for working with the Wheel of the Four Directions & tools for self regulation to be anchors throughout the year.

The world of therapy is a complex one, as there are a range of needs out there and certainly there is no one size fits all approach. For some, talk therapy is absolutely essential, to work through the mine field that is the mind and to find understanding for your story and therefore your triggers that come from that story.

Yet change comes from more than understanding alone. Change must be physiological, therefore changing the triggers within the body and nervous system.

This is why nothing changes for many while doing talk therapy. There is a misunderstanding of what it can do for you. It’s meant to help you understand and learn to work with thoughts etc. Including the body will lead to bigger change and basically, the bigger the trigger, the more the body is needed to work with it.

Body mind approaches , including both is an effective solution. And there are many of those today, such as Bioenergetics and Somatic Experience. These are 2 approaches I am trained in but my journey started with talk therapy and it was precious and incredibly helpful.

There are many ways and it’s crucial you find your way. Patience is important for all of them, though!
