Wel come to the 2026 program in Ancestral Healing & Family Constellations with Meghan Kelly

This is an linear program that is trauma-informed and body-oriented for healing our origins and accessing ancestral wisdom. Online format & hybrid for people in / around Brussels.

Step 1: Foundations & Philosophy of Family Constellations 6-part course (If not live, pre-recorded version)

Step 2: Year 1 (Modules 1-12)

The program will be informative with theory on a range of subjects I consider most important to benefit from Constellation work, and especially if you intend to work as a facilitator, but the program will also be highly experiential.

Participants will regularly get to explore subjects for their own lives and receive several constellations throughout the program, both 1:1 and in the group setting.

Step 3: Year 2, if you choose to go to the professional path to become a facilitator (Modules 13-15 + 6 month Supervision)

We start March 21st and there’s still time to fulfill the pre-requisites, the Foundations class and participating in a Circle with me - the AstroConstellations Circle on Wed, March 18th.

We are at the midpoint of the eclipse, which started last week and we’ll walk through the exit door next week of March 3rd with the upcoming Full Moon in Virgo. We are in an alchemical process in the eclipse portal, with the likelihood of many feelings. Uranus, a key planet involved in this planet, can affect the nervous system unlike other planets. When we are activated in the nervous system, we might not be able to rest, concentrate, feel worried or anxious, or have our sleep patterns interrupted .

How we respond during eclipses is always the key, and it’s a time to take care of the self! There are numerous somatic exercises out there, and to share with you something I find useful: Cardiac Coherence. You can find many versions online; this is one I like.

Uranus is also the great awakener. And we are in an awakening unlike we have lived before. Consciousness doesn’t come easy! Stay the course, and be the change (the light )you wish to see in the world!

I decided to leave a group that I co-founded yesterday for multiple reasons. I wrote the other founder to inform I was going to leave and then posted in the group, to the members, many of whom I invited there in the first place.

This was the choice I came to after discovering there was no chance of finding a better way and I have just learned that the post was deleted.

Hello everyone,

The time has come for me to leave this group. And to honor how it started and our original agreement, I’d like to share with you why I’m leaving as I added and invited many of you here.
This group started to bring a platform for Innovations in the field of Constellations. We started strong and then many things happened along the way.

In the spirit of transparency, I’d like to share that I’m leaving because Illi and I no longer share the same direction, nor do we align on what it means to collaborate or manage a group. In fact, I’ve discovered that we are too different to work together, holding different values individually and toward facilitation work in general.

Therefore, from today onward I will no longer be affiliated with the group or the name Innovations in Constellations.

Thank you colleagues & friends for all the learnings, because there have been many.

I now leave it up to you, leaving the choice in your hands about your future direction too.

This coming week is so KEY in our FUTURE direction. The eclipse in the sign of Aquarius (the people) happens right after both Saturn and Neptune have moved to Aries in the past days.

This change means the planets move from the water of Pisces (a dreamer, for ex) to the FIRE sign of Aries (the doer, action forward). And something truly EPIC is that they will MEET together, becoming ONE at zero degrees Aries, the BEGINNING of the zodiac DURING the eclipse!

This is a door within the doorway of the eclipse that we will be facing. We will all enter this door as it’s happening, yet our experiences of it will depend on our reaction to it, and the consciousness we are at while it’s all happening.

For those on the path of consciousness, seeing the systems crumble around us, this is a tremendous step forward to DREAM into being a new and better future, for yourself AND the world.

For those who might be feeling fear with all that’s happening, be with people who support you. Stay in nature and know that grounding is the best thing you can do now.

This eclipse is KEY in propelling us to the future we want to create, so co-create with the energy by being fully committed (Saturn) to the future (Aquarius) you want for yourself, that represents you truly (Aries).

And if you’re not sure of what future you want to birth, or where you’re going, then be patient and resist reacting during this eclipse season... for our reactions and therefore our behavious will have a ripple effect.

This will be a very special AstroConstellation Circle for the Total Solar Eclipse in Aquarius. It’s the preview of the next 2 years where the eclipses will be taking place on the Aquarius/Leo axis, but it’s more than that too.

As we walk through the first door of the eclipse on Feb 17, we will find a door within it this time, which is the Neptune/Saturn conjunction that will happen exact on Feb 20 at 0 degrees Aries. This is the beginning of the Zodiac and we couldn’t get a more obvious sign of a new beginning than this.

We had a Circle full of insights and guidance yesterday, from bringing us out of blind love to seeing the systemic effects of communism and how that has played out in different generations.

As we did the opening ritual, more than half of participants were from Eastern Europe, which is not always the case. And later we had a Constellation where communism showed to be the root of the issue at hand, leading to broken connections and pain throughout the system that showed up in different ways for different generations.

Communism would be considered one of the ‘greater forces’ that Hellinger talked about. The greater forces cause collective trauma, and therefore lead to generational trauma. And trauma to this level isn’t something we can give back to a previous generation, it’s something to be shared and acknowledged as it’s part of the family’s fate, the country’s fate, and therefore the fate of the individual too.

What can we do with issues like this? Acknowledge, honor and the journey is to find the acceptance of this being part of the family’s & the country’s story.

Just like if we are working with blind love, a child’s love, Constellation work reveals so we can “see” more and therefore work consciously to change our patterns by choosing differently in life today.

Knowing it wasn’t my fault, lifted a tremendous burden. And it connected me to the bigger system I’m a part of, my ancestry, my origins, my roots. Ancestors have always been near in my family story. Growing up in the US, we often explain to others where our ancestry comes from as we are a young country that was built on others coming from all over the world.

Getting to know our family story, outside of the stories we tell ourselves, can bring new understanding and lift burdens you didn’t know you were even carrying.

We are greatly linked to the stories of our parents and ancestors who came before us. There are gifts we have been given as well as challenges, as the family tree keeps trying to work out challenges with us, the new descendents.

The Ancestral Healing program, with an option to go on to the professional tracks starts March 21st. It’s filing up but there are some spots left. This week Neptune moved to a new sign after 14 years in Pisces. During the time of Neptune in Pisces, the wellness industry boomed, the infinite scroll on our phones was invented, and it was the rise of fake news. Many good things happened in relation to consciousness and the emergence of more healing modalities, yet there is always a shadow side - like what was previously mentioned.

Neptune moved to the sign of Aries on Monday, and this energy is very different. We are moving out of the time of fogginess, spiritual bypass (I hope!), dreaming without responsibility or action and moving into a new phase of truth, dreams with action, taking charge of our life and not holding back or getting lost in our connection to the other and the world.

In this video I talk about this and what I saw in clients this week - more truths coming to light, honest conversations, and perhaps some anger - or life force energy, as Aries is ruled by Mars. This is all emerging now but perhaps you felt the shift and saw changes on the outside. I certainly did.

Build your Relationship with the Wheel & the Four Directions

In this course you will learn applications of the Wheel and Ritual for therapy and therapeutic purposes. The focus of the course will be the 4 bodies - Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual. While Level 1 focused on the directions, the seasons of life they each represent, the basic principles of the Wheel and your own relationship to each direction, Level 2 is to deepen your knowledge and skills of the Wheel for applications with clients and groups, suited for therapists, facilitators, coaches, or anyone who would like to learn more and go deeper with the Wheel.

Course Objectives: In Level 2, specifically you will:
*go deeper in your understanding of the Wheel and its teachings
*learn to work with the 4 bodies for deeper healing and as a diagnostic tool
*learn therapeutic applications of the Wheel for yourself and clients
*learn how to use ritual and Wheel exercises in 1:1 sessions with clients
experience constellating with the Wheel / on the Wheel

Who is this course for? The class is suitable for anyone who works with clients, such as therapists, healers, Constellation facilitators, or coaches. Participants need to have completed Level 1 or already have worked with the Wheel and would like to use it in their work with clients.
