Rupture d’implant mammaire — Ce qu’il faut savoir!
Beaucoup de patientes redoutent la rupture de leur implant.
Mais les implants modernes sont conçus avec un gel de silicone cohésif : même en cas de coupure, le gel ne fuit pas.

Ce que vous voyez ici le prouve : l’implant est ouvert, mais le silicone reste intact, stable, sans fuite.
Il n’y a donc aucun risque de “silicone qui se balade” dans le corps.

Sécurité et Science — Les implants mammaires 🤍
Une étude récente, publiée dans le prestigieux JPRAS Open, rapporte un cas extrêmement rare de lymphome associé à un implant mammaire.
Ce type (à cellules B, lié au virus EBV) est différent du BIA-ALCL et n’a été décrit que dans quelques cas au monde.

Dans la majorité des situations, il reste localisé et curable après retrait de l’implant.
Ces recherches nous aident à mieux comprendre les réactions immunitaires, mais ne remettent pas en cause la sécurité des implants modernes : ils sont hautement contrôlés, biocompatibles et utilisés en toute confiance.

دراسة حديثة نُشرت في المجلة المرموقة JPRAS Open، عرضت حالة نادرة جداً من ورم مرتبط بحشوة الثدي (من نوع الخلايا B ومرتبط بفيروس EBV).
هذا النوع يختلف عن BIA-ALCL وتم تسجيل عدد محدود جداً من الحالات عالمياً.

غالباً ما تكون الحالة محلية وسهلة العلاج بإزالة الحشوة فقط.
هذه الأبحاث توسّع فهمنا لكنها لا تقلل من أمان الحشوات الحديثة الخاضعة لرقابة دقيقة.

Safety and Science — Breast Implants 🤍
Our latest study, published in the renowned journal JPRAS Open, describes an extremely rare B-cell lymphoma associated with the EBV virus around a breast implant.
This is different from BIA-ALCL and has been reported in only a few cases worldwide.

Most remain localized and fully curable after implant removal.
This research enhances understanding but does not question the safety of modern implants — which are highly regulated and biocompatible.

Ce n’est pas une question de beauté.

Le jugement esthétique, c’est savoir quand intervenir… et quand ne pas le faire.
C’est l’équilibre entre ce que l’œil voit et ce que l’esprit perçoit.

La chirurgie n’est pas un simple acte technique : c’est un langage.
Et la beauté, lorsqu’elle est bien perçue, devient silencieuse — mais évidente.

الحُكم الجمالي.
ليس مسألة جمالٍ فقط، بل إدراك.
إدراك الضوء، والحركة، والإحساس.

كل جسد يحمل قصة، ودوري ليس تغييره، بل فهمه.
الحكم الجمالي هو معرفة متى نتدخل… ومتى نترك الانسجام الطبيعي يتحدث.
هو توازن بين ما تراه العين وما يشعر به العقل.

فالجراحة ليست إجراءً تقنياً فحسب — بل لغة.

Le BBL, ça sent mauvais ?
Une question surprenante, mais que j’entends souvent.
Certaines technologies qui liquéfient la graisse avant la réinjection peuvent, en effet, dégager une odeur spécifique liée à la chaleur.

Dans ma pratique, j’utilise des technologies modernes de liposuccion et de purification, mais toujours en respectant la structure et la qualité du tissu adipeux.
La graisse est prélevée, purifiée et réinjectée sans la brûler — préservant ainsi sa vitalité, sa sécurité et son naturel.

Le résultat ?
Un BBL précis, harmonieux et sûr — sans “odeur”, mais avec beaucoup de maîtrise.

هل تنبعث رائحة من عملية الـ BBL؟
سؤال قد يبدو غريباً لكنه يُطرح كثيراً.
بعض التقنيات التي تُسيّل الدهون قبل إعادة حقنها يمكن أن تُصدر رائحة طفيفة بسبب الحرارة.

في عملي أستخدم أحدث تقنيات الشفط والتنقية، لكن دون التأثير على جودة الخلايا الدهنية.
تُسحب الدهون وتُنقّى وتُعاد حقنها بعناية للحفاظ على حيويتها وطبيعتها.

النتيجة؟
عملية آمنة، متقنة، وخالية من أي رائحة — فقط فن ودقة.

Does a BBL smell bad?
A strange question — but one I hear quite often.
Some technologies that liquefy fat before reinjection can indeed produce a noticeable odor, caused by heat.

In my practice, I use state-of-the-art liposuction and purification systems, but always with respect for the integrity of the fat cells.
The fat is gently harvested, purified, and re-injected without overheating; preserving its vitality, safety, and natural results.

The outcome?
A high-definition BBL that’s precise, balanced, and odor-free — combining modern technology with surgical artistry.

“Grosse.” “Moche.” “Dégueulasse.”
Trop souvent, ces mots viennent de vous.
Des mots durs, répétés jusqu’à devenir une vérité que vous finissez par croire.

Mais ils ne vous définissent pas.
Mon rôle n’est pas seulement de transformer un corps, mais d’aider à réconcilier l’esprit avec lui.
La chirurgie peut corriger une forme, pas une estime.
Et cette estime commence par un mot : bienveillance.

Soyez plus doux avec vous-mêmes.
Le vrai changement commence toujours à l’intérieur.

« سمينة. بشعة. مقززة. »
كثيراً ما أسمع هذه الكلمات من المرضى أنفسهم.
كلمات قاسية تترسخ في الذهن حتى تصبح حقيقة يصدقونها.

لكنها لا تُعرّفك.
دوري ليس فقط تغيير الجسد، بل مساعدة العقل على التصالح معه.
الجراحة يمكن أن تغيّر الشكل، لكن الثقة تبدأ من الداخل.

كن لطيفاً مع نفسك — لأن التغيير الحقيقي يبدأ بالحب، لا بالكراهية.

“Fat.” “Ugly.” “Disgusting.”
Too often, I hear these words — not from others, but from my own patients.
Words so harsh they start to sound true.

But they don’t define you.
My role is not only to reshape bodies, but to help you reconnect with them.
Surgery can change form, not self-worth.
And that self-worth begins with kindness.

Be gentler with yourself.
Real transformation always starts within.

Un moment de fierté et de gratitude.
Recevoir le Best Paper Award 2025 de PRS Global Open pour notre article sur l’intelligence artificielle en chirurgie plastique est plus qu’une distinction : c’est la reconnaissance d’un travail collectif et visionnaire.

Cette récompense a été remise lors de Plastic Surgery – The Meeting, l’un des congrès les plus prestigieux au monde.
