I'm a recovering workaholic, have gotten through burnout, a career transition (from architecture to wellbeing), and chronic disease, all thanks to my spiritual practices and my personal development journey. Most of my struggles have been rooted in low self-confidence and self-love. I'm always seeking the path of growth (exploring, getting curious, trying new things, and getting out of my comfort zone) and self-knowledge and that's why I developed a passion for Yoga and all things holistic and based on developing mindfulness. This path led me to increase my confidence and learn to love myself. I also geek out about tools and practices that bring me closer to optimal health and mobility, because I have experienced first-hand that good health is everything. And also plants!

When I’m not teaching or practicing, I’m learning and reading about anything that makes me a little bit stronger, healthier, or more resilient than I was yesterday. Ultimately my goal is to be the best and happiest version of myself and finding that crucial balance between work and play (rest).

Currently, I’m a yoga teacher, a breathwork and mindset coach, a content creator, and a wellness expert. As you can tell, I’m a multi-passionate woman so I’m a strong advocate for staying curious and open-minded. I mostly follow my heart or my gut, rather than following the rules blindly. But it wasn’t always the case. That however is a long story…

You’re not alone! Wrist pain can make weight-bearing exercises feel challenging, but there are ways to make things easier. Here’s the deal:

💡 Wrist pain can be due to:

🔷 Weak or tight muscles that struggle under pressure
🔷 Poor alignment or overuse
🔷 A lack of mobility

Instead of letting pain hold you back, try some daily wrist mobility and strength exercises. These can help you build resilient, pain-free wrists so you can focus on your practice with confidence.

Practice this often ⬇️
🔷 Strict wrist CARs: 5x circles each direction and for each wrist
🔷 PAILS and RAILS: 8 sec holds, 3 reps
🔷 Wrist hikes: 10 slow reps

This week it was my birthday 🥳 and I was reminded of just how lucky I am to be surrounded by amazing friends and family. I am so grateful. 😍
This display of kindness and love is always a great reminder that you get what you put in and to keep nurturing those relationships. So tend to your people like fruit trees: water them regularly, feed them, eliminate the weeds, give them loving attention, and one day you’ll reap the beautiful fruits.
At the end of the day, it’s the people you surround yourself with that make life better. 😊😊😊

Breathwork for focus: PM Box breathing
Sharpen your concentration and improve performance
Have an important call or meeting today? Maybe you’re going on a first date and you’re nervous?
Try this before you go.

- Inhale for 4 seconds
- Hold at the top of your breath for 4 seconds
- Exhale slowly for 4 seconds. Empty the lungs
- Pause again for 4 seconds.
- Repeat this for 5 to 10 rounds.

Learn more techniques, practice them with me and your fellow breathers, find support around implementation and understand which changes are happening and why, so that you can choose what works for you in any circumstance.

Anxiety lives in the future. Regret Lives in the past. Feeling good happens in the present moment.

Have you ever consciously used your breath as a tool to come back to the present moment?

🌿 Our breath is amazing. It can help us keep or find a state of balance.

Just think about how different your breath is when you are agitated, anxious, or stressed, compared to when you’re calm and at ease ( vs )

Bringing the focus to the breath can become a moment of mindfulness in everyday life. But even more so, a moment of peace, calm, and joy. A moment to return to you.

🌿 I invite you to take a moment and notice your breath..

Without judgment, and without the need to change it. Just notice your inhalation, and notice your exhalation.

When your mind wanders, simply come back to your breath.
