Back from a full week of fasting, hiking and self-care.
A retreat dedicated to slowing down, detoxing, and pressing the reset button on every layer.
A deep cleanse, both physical and emotional.
Rest. Clarity. Lightness. Space.
But we also moved a lot. Long daily hikes that kept the body awake, grounded, and beautifully connected to nature.
What amazed me most is how the body responds when we give it the chance to reset. Some of the benefits of fasting include:
• supporting healthy insulin levels
• reducing inflammation
• boosting cellular repair
• improving digestion and gut rest
• increasing metabolism
• sharpening mental clarity and focus
(And to answer your question: no I want hungry 😆)
This retreat also gave me the opportunity to share my sound healing again for the first time in 2 months and it felt amazing.
I’m coming back with a lighter body, a clearer mind, and a renewed sense of energy… ready to return to my classes and hold space for you again.
